Pros:
We use Brekeke Bundle (SIP and PBX) for over 8 years now to deliver hosted pbx and contact center platform to our clients. Brekeke application is rich and robust and this allows us to customize many of the pbx features to our clients specification. Also, Brekeke is written in Java and it can run on both Linux and Windows.
Cons:
I like everything about this software and cannot think of anything that I dont like.
