Great Product
Comments: Nextiva customer support has been amazing anything I've needed anything. They've quickly be able to help and are super friendly
Pros:
Interface is very customizable in the way that I need it
Cons:
Some of the important features aren't as intuitive to get to. Have someone in your company go into the interface and give them a list of things to find and get fed back through that. When you build an application, it's easy to lose sight of new user experience.
Small Business Companion
Comments: The overall experience has been surprisingly easy and comfortable with minimal hardship. The sales representative to the phone technician and customer service representatives has restored my hope that not all businesses are out to get your money while providing fractured customer service.
Pros:
Nextiva is knowledge in their industry and product providing our company with an easy set-up and a system that is fairly easy to use.
Cons:
The phone that was sent is of subpar standard and we were not informed of the additional cost to have it wireless. Be sure if you port numbers you let the set up representative know if it is a cell phone number or not.

Comments:
0/10 when it comes to their customer service. Sketchy sales practices at best, account managers while nice tow the company line and will only offer solutions that cost you.
7/10 for the product/software--we are finding glitches within our call flows when working with tech support more often than not our call flows are interrupted due to internal updates on their side of things to the software causing our phone system to go down therefore costing us business.
Pros:
With their software we were able to achieve our goals of routing calls for all 14 of our salons to one centralized location.
Cons:
Their sales process is aggressive, and they try to make you move quick to sign. Read the fine print on their contracts. There is not an out if you are oversold licensing by their sales team. If you are oversold licenses by their sales team, they will try to ping you with an early removal fee. Upon seeing this we went rounds and rounds with account managers to get the extra licensing we were told we needed by the sales team removed. The process of removing the extra licensing took us from August 2023 to it finally happening in January of 2024, all the while we were being charged for those licenses. When we initially brought this to Nextiva's attention they told us that we were the ones that requested this. This wasn't true, we spoke with the sales team about our company needs/size/operations, and they told us that we needed for number of licenses. How could we know with no prior experience working with their company. We had to go through call after call/meeting after meeting/follow up email after follow up email to get some sort of resolution. In this time, we were passed through to two different account managers and had to start the process all over again. We were always waiting on "approval" from hire up. Be warned, their contracts have an auto renew clause hidden in the fine print which is a link at the bottom of the contracts not even fully explained in the contract unless you click the link.
Easy, Reliable, Great Quality
Comments: overall this is a reliable and great service

Nextiva is easy to use, and reliable. I love the team messaging and video conferencing. Their support is responsive and helpful. Call quality is excellent
Cons:
Advanced features are frustrating to learn for someone without a lot of experience

Comments: We have had great service with Nextiva and when we have an issue, they offer several options to obtain tech support. And we have been very satisfied with their service, tech support and equipment.
Pros:
The service, as it is very user friendly. We are able to control most of the set up and installing a new user and or phone. The cost is very good when comparing features to other Voip Providers. The Features that come with the service is great and we have been very satisfied.
Cons:
Nextiva One started out with a lot of issues but they have made some great updates and hopefully they keep enhancing it.

An incredibly useful VoIP solution
Comments: My overall experience is excellent. Nextiva works 99% of the time and is very easy to setup. Our account manager is very responsive and customer support has resolved just about every issue in under 2 days.
Pros:
Nextiva works very well for internal and external communication between our employees and customers. It has a lot of functionality that is simple to setup. Our account rep [sensitive content hidden] is awesome and works with us on everything!
Cons:
The administrative management of the account could use some uplift in UI/UX. It's difficult to find more niche things such as a specific type of call log because it's buried under another tab that doesn't really make sense.
Nextiva is a stable provider but app could be improved
Comments: Good but could be better. Better app is definitely needed and the response time for support phone calls could be greatly improved.
Pros:
Stability and ease of use and management. Have not had any major issues or outages since implementation.
Cons:
The desktop application was replaced soon after we converted and it is not very good or well thought out. I don't understand why a desktop application will make my computer ring.
Good choice for Voip
Comments: I'm happy with them thus far and considering that we're a new customer. Time will tell if they continue to provide good support and improve on features.
Pros:
Comparable pricing, good features, easy to setup, good tech support thus far.
Cons:
Some features like video conferencing and integrations are limited.

Nextiva is the best system around
Comments: Nextiva is an excellent telecommunications service. I have used a few, but Nextiva is the best.
Pros:
Telephone service is great. The cost quite reasonable and the technical support fast and fabulous. I also use the e fax system which is excellent in every way, easy to use and quite comprehensive. Unlike other systems which have you email to a system - and deliver it to one fax number, Nextiva has a fax portal where you can send a fax to multiple fax numbers as well as sending the faxed documents to an email address. Cost, service and support are superior to all other systems I have tried.
Cons:
Nothing in the system is an issue - works well

Comments: It is a pleasure to work with the Nextiva team. I enjoy working with competent and happy people. The culture of the company is consistent and admirable.
Pros:
NEXTIVA HIRES EDUCATED AND KIND PEOPLE! [sensitive content hidden] was patient while I set up our office system of four phones. He talked me through configurations and showed me how to change settings. After weeks of frustration dealing with Zoom, working with a competent customer service person was a delight. I've worked closely with two people from Nextiva, and I would hire them both at my company!
Cons:
I wish that the app would ring instantly like a cell phone call, but there is a lag. I've tried keeping the app open and shutting it down, but neither seems to make a difference.
Best Calling Solution i used in past 14 years of my Call center business
Comments: Amazing is the word, its easy to use . And afgordable

2 Years With Nextiva
Comments: Overall its been pleasent, the documentation is throrough theyve been quick to help with any issues that aren't arelady addressed.
Pros:
Overall experience is palletable, theyre quick to answer any questions and support is avaiblbe 24x7. There hasn't been an issue they have not been able to resolve, our business deals with calls first and foremost, its important that our customers can reach a live person 24/7 and Nextiva systems allows for just that.
Cons:
Purely from an administrative standpoint, i would like to have the option to procure more licenses for users at my descretion, along with being able to manually set a password for a user to log into the nextiva app. For now my only options are to send a "resetpassword" email link

Comments: We switched from a competitor to Nextiva based on poricing model and found the accessibility, management and support to be superior. Our overall experience has been excpetional.

Nextiva is the one tool we can not live without.
Comments: Nextiva totally changed the way we function. We work better and more effectively. The management tools are invaluable. Support is absolutely fantastic.
Pros:
The management tools. Nextiva gives me the ability to manage my team more effectively.
Cons:
The way call history is interpreted. I have found other data points in Nextiva that provide a more straightforward representation of call history data.
Nextiva is a great product to help organize your phone tree system
Comments: Overall, Nextiva has been great. We had one issue in the past but it was resolved and the has never happened again. We still sometimes have issues with our auto attendant when we want to change it but overall, it's great.
Pros:
I like how if you have any issues with the Nextiva system, you can call the help desk and get serviced fairly quickly. (some days are better than others)
Cons:
This one is easy for me. What I like the least about Nextiva is a lot of times when we fix/add a change to our phone tree, it can mess up other aspects of our phone tree. What has worked in the past could break and no one understands why. This mainly happens when we try to adjust to auto attendant. We try not to change much.

Comments: Overall the experience has been good, but I am extremely hesitant to ever have to change the phone tree again because it was an all-day nightmare!
Pros:
Customer support was very helpful when I needed it to help set up the phone tree. Phone tree works well for most callers and is relatively easy to follow.
Cons:
The phone tree was really hard to set up! It took most of a day, and 5 Nextiva tech calls/chats, for us to be able to change features in our phone tree. It would frequently throw errors when we tried to save new recordings or assign/save the branches. It would delete recordings we had just created or assigned as well, causing even more errors. Eventually the techs had to set it up for us on the backend. I was working with another technician (the chat had timed out), while the first one was working to finish it on the backend for us. The second tech didn't know what the first one was doing, and neither did I! The first tech had to split the tree into two trees, which was not apparent that would need to happen in order for it to work. It's a really buggy setup, but it works well once it is setup and left alone.
Excellent Solution for Call Center Needs
Pros:
In our organization, we have been utilizing Nextiva Business Phone Service to address our call center needs, and it has been an outstanding solution. Coupled with the Unity Client platform, Nextiva provides a comprehensive system that allows me, as a supervisor, to have a firm grip on monitoring and supporting my agents during their shifts.
Cons:
The technical capabilities and call quality of Nextiva are top-notch, leaving me completely satisfied with its performance. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, I would say it would be great if Nextiva could provide more options for generating reports. While the current reporting options cover most of our requirements, there is certainly room for additional features in this area.
Nextiva Service
Pros:
We use NEXTIVA VOIP as our phone service and it is great; it rings to our cell phones, and has caller ID, and voicemail. Their customer service is very professional. It is an incredible value for the money.
Cons:
We have not had any issues with our NEXTIVA service.

Honest, I cannot think of any. They have been very good for my business, and I have no complaints.
Reliable Service and Excellent Customer Service
Comments: To put it simply: Nextiva services allow our team to keep in touch with one another with minimal disruption. This is vital to the success of any growing operation and has, undoubtedly, lent greatly to our growth as an organization. Despite the concerns I've expressed, I find Nextiva to be a greatly reliable and extremely professional connected communications company, and I'm very thankful I've been able to rely on their services and support team so heavily in my years working with them.
Pros:
Out of all of the third-parties our company works with, Nextiva's Support Team is by far the most reponsive, patient, and understanding group I've had the pleasure of working with. Their Support Team is well-versed, knowledgable, and flexible, and it seems my issues always get resolved the very first time I reach out to them for support.
Cons:
While their Nextiva / NextOS Voice portal is certainly not the worst administrative interface I've worked in, I do find that it's a bit confusing attempting to locate where a phone number or extension is hiding: having to jump around between the 'auto attendant', 'call groups', 'call center locations', and 'users' and manually search through each section is a more time consuming process than I feel it needs to be.

Comments: Our experience with Nextiva has been fantastic. The service has worked flawlessly since it was installed. When I needed support, the process was easy. The support personnel is always friendly and professional. I like having different avenues of getting support when it is needed.
Pros:
The ease of use. The admin dashboard is very well laid out, making it easy to make changes or perform other administrative requirements. The phones provided have worked to our expectations. Nextiva has many tutorials, making it easy to get self-help.
Cons:
There is not anything I do NOT like about Nextiva.
Best VoIP System Out There...
Comments: There is no perfect system out there, especially when dealing with VoIP on SIP protocols. It's always advancing, and getting better. The VoIP technology has improved so much at this point in time. By choosing Nextiva, you definitely won't lose any sleep worrying about service down time.
Pros:
When it comes to picking out a VoIP SIP trunk system, you can't go wrong with Nextiva. They are trusted by many big corporations who are on VoIP systems. They are cloud based. Their provisioning team is awesome, and always willing to answer your questions. Just need to setup once and you're all set. Maintaining your directory is almost like eating cake. Technical support is only a few clicks away. Most of your technical issues can be resolved through their online chat system. There SIP trunk backbone service is on a rudundant system on USA soil. We've been with Nextiva close to two years already. I've never encountered service downtime yet. The audio is HD quality. The monthly service fees are wallet friendly. Nextive is one that you can't go wrong with.
Cons:
Most of the time when our users can't use their phone it's because they get a time and date out of sync. message displayed on their phone occasionally. I'm still not sure if you can fix on your own without getting Nextiva technical support on an online chat session. That usually does the trick most of the times.

Nextiva helps business run smoothly
Comments: I like Nextiva as a phone service. My users are always moving and I have been able to setup phones in the admin office and distribute them in other buildings with ease.

The texting is not working for us yet. We tried to set it up, but it seemed like it would be difficult to manage.
