Omni Accounts is a fantastic accounting software package - user-friendly, reliable and convenient.

Pros:

I like the fact that my business can grow seamlessly with Omni, without having to change packages for upgrading. I can simply add switches to my current package and be upgraded immediately.

Cons:

There is not yet a mobile app available for Omni, but I believe it is in the pipeline so should be available soon.

Comments: It's honestly been great!

Pros:

What I like is when your business grows Omni can grow with you. You can add on features as you grow. You do not have to JUMP to the next package. It's fantastic to have customizable software to suit your business needs!

Cons:

None at this moment, it's been a breeze using this software.

Very poor client service if the problem is challenging. Refuse to call a client back.

Comments: Good point of sale and stock management works fine with acceptable intuitive operation. Will be at least double the recommend rating if the company and its agents treated clients with respect and cared enough to realise that by the time they are phoned the situation may be pressing. How can an agent of a service provider not be able to phone a client back? This also proves that the company and its agents will not make follow calls to confirm that the client came right and/or if they are satisfied and the query can be closed. Recommendation will further go up if the company provided an easy fix for the "hanging log-in" situation mentioned in the review rather than telling the client to get more UPSs. UPS in any case does not protect against "hanging log-ins" from internet dropouts during remote access sessions.

Pros:

Good Point of Sale and stock control and management software, average performance in accounting. .

Cons:

Any power dips or internet connection dropouts when remotely logged in results in "hanging log-ins" which cannot be reset from the control panel. To fix requires waiting several hours or having to go through complicated server resets or database software kill instructions with ALL users logged out.

User-Friendly Accounting System

Comments: I do not use the product daily, but it has really made an impact in the professional presentation and management of my small business.

Pros:

Omni is easy to navigate. It does not over complicate processes which means that I can raise quotes and invoices with ease and get on with my work quickly. My accountant loves it too, and sharing my information with her is simple.

Cons:

I can't think of a negative thing to say about Omni. I don't use it every day, but it serves my requirements perfectly.

Omni is a Top class Product From small business To Enterprise's

Comments: Omni is an awesome product used it since 2016, Customer care is always quick to help and assist should there be any problems

Pros:

Incredible, powerful, and configurable reporting! Processing and customizing documents is excellent. very adaptable

Cons:

Recon VAT is not balanced. They don't maintain backups so you may reinstall older versions (could not give me). If purchasing in bulk is expensive. No outright purchase, like other brands, provide. The stock module might occasionally be challenging to comprehend.

Great support!

Comments: Answers all the business needs professionaly.

Pros:

Extremely effective and fficient "all-in-one" accounting system, 24hour support available, Clear FX management, bank reconciliation, GL books featured. Usable both in Mac and Windows platform hich is really great.

Cons:

Great product already but would be nice to have AR/AP features in the future.
