Several transactions were lost when I upgraded devices, a terrifying thought considering this is an accounting app. > > A combination of awful and pathetic. After several days I managed to track down a human in the support team and somehow the support got worse. Painfully slow responses promise that the development team is reviewing the issue, but nothing is ever fixed and no feedback is given.
