A very user friendly easy to use program

Comments: Overall it has been a great experience to use the program. I didn't know the potential and additional features it could have until I started using another program.

Pros:

Very user friendly and easy to use. Everything is streamlined and easy to access. I love the color codes, notes with time and date stamp and tracking is made very easy. Overall, I love the program.

Cons:

- the fact that I could not download or fully open up the jpeg or png files attached to the items entered on studio. I had to save those files as pdf so that when attached, I could open and fully see them. Also, it was hard not having the option to rename those attached files once they were attached. - the fact that once the item is invoiced, the accounting is closed and we could not add or adjust that item. Or once the invoice is sent to the client, we cannot keep adding and do a running total on it so that we do not have to create a new invoice for additional parts for that item such a freight, etc. - it does not have the customizable option for the client to digitally approve each item directly on the proposal when emailed to the client, like some other softwares do, and have the proposal update automatically with the new total calculated so they can sign and submit payment right there.

Comments: Wasn't able to correct errors easily so I went to myDoma Studio

Pros:

Very detailed, great reports. It was very comperhensive.

Cons:

Not very user friendly so I left. I use MyDoma now.

Cumbersome and difficult.

Comments: It was such a mess and impossible to find an accountant who would work with it or even someone who could advise. I had a CFO of a national accountancy firm try to unravel the accounting piece and even she couldn't figure out what the heck was going on.I have since switched.

Pros:

It was my first design business software so I liked the clipper.

Cons:

Very cumbersome. The accounting part was too difficult.
