Comments: SEM Front Desk reporting is what we needed, greatly satisfied

Pros:

Having Customizable Settings it's just amazing; the platform allows hotel managers to customize settings such as room rates, guest information fields, and housekeeping schedules to suit the specific needs of their property.

Cons:

While SEM Front Desk has an intuitive interface, there can still be a learning curve for hotel staff who are not familiar with the software.
