Powerful tool

Comments: Our experience with Bulbthings so far has been great. It helped us improving our daily communication and having clearer insights as well as a greater control on our assets. We could easily implement the system thanks to the support of the customer service team, and we now have more than 40 daily users.

Pros:

The software is extremely flexible, with a lot of versatile tools. It was very easy for us to adapt the different functionalities to our workflow. The profile system is highly intuitive and customizable, with a great freedom left to the administrator to personalize the company workspace. The customer service is excellent, with a highly responsive team open to feedback and committed to providing the best possible user experience.

Cons:

Booking system could be improved (asset booking exclusivity, maintenance shown as asset booking, etc...)

Great Software

Pros:

The software is comprehensive yet easy to use and visually appealing. It is very flexible and versatile. Customer Service is great too

Cons:

Initially they didn’t have a graphs for the reporting but this was fixed and added very quickly

Comments: Great digital experience and a relevant solution for almost all type of businesses in 2022.

Pros:

Impactful and insightful software as a service solution, ideal as a turn key service. Possibilities are infinite.

Cons:

Some features could be more intuitive as for instance, profiles management.

Comments: J'avais du mal à suivre tout mon matériel informatique et stock de fournitures des mes collaborateurs à domicile, Bulbthings a réglé le problème ! En bonus, j'ai pu le personnaliser pour suivre d'autres projets internes, super pratique !

Pros:

Je ne suis pas du tout technique donc j'ai été impressionnée par la facilité d'utilisation. J'ai aussi été étonnée par le niveau de service pour un abonnement mensuel plus qu'abordable. Les prestations de mise en place, formation et même de personnalisation de l'application sont super rapides et efficaces et peuvent être compris dans le forfait !

Cons:

Au début il y avait de petites fonctionnalités que je souhaitais mais ils sortent plein d'améliorations régulièrement donc rien à signaler

Super rapport qualité prix

Comments: Démo commerciale transparente. Ils sont clairs sur ce qui est possible ou pas avec leur produit et n'hésitent pas à vous orienter vers d'autres solutions le cas échéant.
Super facile à utiliser et rien eu à faire pour la mise en place à part leur envoyer mon fichier excel.

Pros:

J'ai été surprise du niveau de service tout compris dans l'abonnement et toutes les fonctionnalités, par rapport au tarif. J'apprécie particulièrement la version mobile pratique pour mon activité airbnb.

Cons:

Rien à dire. Il y a eu un petit délai avec la livraison de QR codes avec le brexit (la société étant basée à Londres) mais l'équipe très sympa et m'a offert une compensation en QR codes gratuits ! J'ai cru comprendre qu'ils avaient résolus ce petit problème logistique depuis.
