Dox is my favorite dental program..I have used many!
Comments: Very good- I have used many softwares such as Dentrix, Eagle soft, Easy-dent, etc & DOX is my favorite.
Pros:
I like how user friendly DOX is. It is easy to dental chart, review X-rays, treatment plan cavities/decay/crowns, etc. It is also nice that you can scan documents from outside referrals into the document station. I really like the TPL because it helps the office stay on track for hygiene patients (we can view what the patient is here for, we can see what time they arrive, if they are using the tablet to fill out med history).
Cons:
Sometimes DOX does have errors, I have noticed that it does glitch at times. For example, when invoicing, if the wrong producer's number is present, it sometimes freezes and I have to restart the whole computer.

Comments: Very good/easy to use.
Pros:
I this DOX was great, especially for pediatric dental office. I used it while I was a temp admin in dental offices.
Cons:
DOX sometimes has errors when invoicing , but overall the errors are quite limited and their customer service is very good.
