Pros:

We are avid users of onboard. We refer all our new partners to use MVSi.

Cons:

Times out quicker than I would like however I understand this is a security feature.

Some tasks like underwriting approval and OCDD reviews could be faster with a more intuitive GUI.

Comments: Has been a good engagement from my perspective, however other parts of the business will have a different view.

Pros:

Merchant boarding platform in one, with integrations into 3rd party and internal work flow and sales mgment software. Ability to work with us for new clients and definitely the people and management of the company.

Cons:

while delivering a turn key solution, each onboarded client has a large cost attached, whether they are approved or not. Time to make changes or enhancements.
