Best Club Soccer Operating System
Comments: It has been great!
Pros:
Playmetrics has been instrumental in enabling us to collect registration fees that were previously going uncollected. Despite the slight increase in system costs, it has proven to be a worthwhile investment by generating additional revenue for our organization. Furthermore, Playmetrics has significantly enhanced our ability to stay organized.
Cons:
Compared to WhatsApp, which focuses solely on communication, Playmetrics may not be the best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primary messaging apps. However, it is essential not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics offers the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents must fully become accustomed to and benefit from.
New PlayMetrics User
Pros:
The interface of PlayMetrics is so easy for admins, parents, coaches and players. Overall, our club loves this program.
Cons:
We have had a couple of things we wish PlayMetrics could do. However, we have reached out to their service department and they have put requests in to add in the future.
Playmetrics Review
Comments: Playmetrics has been great for our club. The centralized system allows us to easily access our club data quickly and efficiently, allowing for a better customer experience.
Pros:
All of the different features that centralize the administrative side of operations with the soccer functions make it so you don't have to have multiple programs, you have it all in one spot.
Cons:
There are a couple features with how you can bill and collect money that can be improved.

Club Admin Loves PlayMetrics
Comments: As a club admin, this is allowed me to streamline how I collect information, payments, and schedule and communicate with the entire club. As we continue to grow, this amazing platform reduces the need to spend time on administrative work so I can focus more on providing the excellent Soccer experience on the field for the players.
Pros:
Everything that I need is all in one platform, which makes running a club seamless.
Cons:
The fact that no one told me about it sooner!

Comments: It’s great, instead using multiple platforms throughout the year, we only need to use one. Makes it easier for coaches, directors and parents!

Comments: We have nothing but positive things to say about PlayMetrics. Aside from the overall quality and efficiency it has helped bring many administrative aspects of the club, the customer service is second to none. Our questions or issues are always responded to and handled quickly. In addition, no request is too large or too small for the PlayMetrics team. No matter what we need, we are always met with the same customer service each team.
Pros:
We love that PlayMetrics is a one stop shop for all of our teams in terms of club and program registrations, calendars, communication, etc. In addition having the ability to collect information, share video, etc all with individual is extremely important and reduces the amount of alternative apps we have to use.
Cons:
We would love to see the sibling discount feature used for Club Registration be recognized even when families register players at different times. It would cut down on the amount of refunds that we have to process for the sibling discounts as our teams are all formed at different times throughout the month of June. We would also love to see continued growth of the app.

It's exactly what club soccer needs
Comments: I have tried numerous apps for team communication and management, but what sets the PlayMetrics app apart is its integration with the club operating system. This integration takes care of all the setup, automatically updates our schedules on the app, and instantly communicates any changes to the team, such as field closures. Additionally, I appreciate the app's coaching capabilities, including drills, season planning, game lineups, player evaluations, and resource sharing with players. The parents of our players have informed me that they have noticed a significant improvement in communication and overall professionalism of the club, with PlayMetrics playing a substantial role in that.
Pros:
The app's user-friendly interface allows me to have oversight and manage everything from my phone, which is fantastic as I'm always on the go.
Cons:
I'm eagerly anticipating the game-changing additional features that I've heard are on their roadmap for 2024!

Comments: For me, Playmetrics is more than an app; Its standout live call feature shows true dedication to customer service, placing it leagues ahead of others that restrict their customer support to only emails.

Customer Service, Payments, Communication.
Cons:
This is not something I dislike however I would like to see more of the ongoing feedback options where we have a voice for input on features, kind of like a focus group of loyal customers that want to provide ideas from our perspective to improve the app.
Couldn't imagine going back to the old way
Comments: It's made my job a breeze and because of the time savings it has created it allows me to focus on other things at the club. Our club is in a small town in Georgia but we have a big recreation program to manage as well as our competitive side. We used to operate them with different systems which would cause huge headaches. As PlayMetrics includes everything a rec program needs as well as everything a competitive program needs it has been a huuuuuge game changer for us!
Pros:
It has absolutely everything that our club staff and members need in one app.

That we didn't find it earlier. Couldn't imagine going back to how we used to operate.
Playmetrics Makes Life Easier for Me and My Families
Comments: Playmetrics is keeping us organized. We are communicating better, scheduling and planning more easily and reporting to our coaches and bookkeepers more effectively!
Pros:
Playmetrics is an amazing option that takes you from tryouts through registration and straight onto organization for families and coaches. The communication tools are also a notch above the rest.
Cons:
There are so many ways to use Playmetrics it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully their help articles and customer service is top notch and they love to help you make Playmetrics work for your club.
Playmetrics - 2 years in
Comments: Housing and accessing all our information in an easy use and visually simplistic design eliminated the overwhelming sensation you have when using other sport registration software.
Pros:
Playmetrics seamlessly integrates registration, communication and management of staff and membership.
Cons:
It took a hot minute to realize this is a backward mapping approach that starts with the end user in mind. Once that process was understood, execution was quite simple.
The Gold Standard for Youth Soccer Management
Pros:
Playmetrics is the complete resource for club soccer organization and management. The integration of Playmetrics allows for my club to operate at a highly efficient level. The wide variety of features including communication, scheduling, financials, coaching development, youth development tracking, team finances, hosting camp/leagues etc. all in one system is simply unmatched. For parents, the app features are clean, simple, and effective. The ability to use on program for all club soccer management is unparalleled. As a club director, I am able to do the jobs of many through using this program. If you are looking to run a proper youth soccer organization, start with Playmetrics. It is the gold standard of youth soccer organization and management.

Ease of use with communicating with parents/coaches/club. Scheduling and updating are easy as well.

Communication portal between parents and coaches and staff is a bit confusing at first. But once you figure out where to go all the features are there.

Comments: Playmetrics has exceeded all of our expectations for what it could offer our club. The investment and switch to Playmetrics was well worth it.
Pros:
Playmetrics has been essential to us streamlining our processes, registratiion, scheduling and other aspects of our club. The product is so easy to use and has so much functionality, that it is essentially a tool that covers all bases for us. I highly recommned this product to any youth sports organization.

Playmetrics has not produced any negative functionality for us.

Pros:
Having everything in one place makes working with Playmetrics very straightforward as a club. Whenever there are issues which is not frequent, or there is assistance needed with learning the system, customer support immediately responds and is very helpful with mitigating any issues.
Cons:

Efficient and easy
Comments: I have a had a great experience with PlayMetrics, it has made the organisation side of coaching a lot easier and more accessible and put together!
Pros:
As a coach it can be hard to keep everyone in the loop and have an all the information in one place! This gives you all of that and more! The ease at which players and families can be updated is great, it also helps with putting out training programs. It makes the whole process of organising a team more efficient!
Cons:
At first I found it hard to really grasp the extent of the program and there were things I didn’t even know were possible.

Great suite of products for managing a soccer club or organization
Pros:
We love how it's soccer-focused - it's not generic for multiple sports - it gets the workflows and processes of a soccer organization and tries to support them with soccer-specific knowledge, which is super helpful. From session planning to parent communication, to tryout and registration management, it really has given up more power to manage our 900+ players spread across 8 grades of activities.
Cons:
As a town -based organization, it's a little challenging because club soccer is based on birth year, where we are by school grade. It renders a few features a little hard to use, but with some planning, you can work around this limitation fairly easily. They have had multiple conversations with us about how that could improve, so I'm hopeful future development in this area will make the product even more flexible.

Amazing software
Comments: Our club has been incredibly impressed with PlayMetrics since the first time we saw PlayMetrics in action via a demo and we have continued to be impressed throughout the onboarding process and daily use. The onboarding process was a breeze and the software can do everything that was demonstrated and much more. Anytime we have had a question the support has been very prompt and helpful. Our club is running much more efficiently now and the experience of our families is far improved. I highly recommend PlayMetrics!
Pros:
PlayMetrics was able to be a single software source that was able to replace multiple software sources we were previously using. The efficiency the club gained from having everything in one spot has been invaluable. The user experience for our staff and for our families has been unbelievable. The support whenever we have had a question has been prompt and very helpful.
Cons:
Our former registration program was "free" but the credit card processing fees were much higher. We were also paying for a separate communication and scheduling platform. When we factored in the savings from processing fees and the cost of not having to pay for the other system we ended up having a minimal cost impact for a far superior system.
Question: Why Aren't You Using PlayMetrics?
Pros:
Finally, a single platform to communicate EVERYTHING to my team members and the Club! Every bit of Club contact information I could want is easily accessible, and the calendar provides me a single place to populate ALL of our seasonal year events and get accurate availability count for attendance. I was even able to help guide parents to their current balance if they had questions, and help facilitate payment back to the Club - not bad for a soccer coach! Email, alerts, chat - you've got it all. Believe me, you'll use them all too! Running short of time and need a quick training topic? No problem. Dive deeper into the Drills section and see what your Technical Staff and other coaches may have already created and shared. Having the ability to create custom training sessions and upload them into a custom library is fantastic! I needed coverage for a weekend's worth of games, and created a simple roster with substitution patterns for those specific events. Then, I simply added my Technical Director as a Guest Coach for the weekend, and he was able to run with the group no problem. No lengthy phone call required, or an exhaustive note-taking session in advance. Everything was right there at his fingertips! So, the question really is: Why Aren't You Using PlayMetrics? #SaveaClub
Cons:
Mobile app didn't always display the entire roster and availability, but only if you had more than 14 players or so. This may have been related to my antiquated Galaxy S8, but still something I would have liked to be able to have available so I could see if players at the bottom end of the alphabet were coming to training or not.

Pros:
I’m very happy with the admin and club management aspect of things as a coach I really like the useability of the app especially game time when you have to have quick chats or scheduling updates. I like having the entire schedule accessibility to the other parents at my fingertips.
Cons:
Playmetrics team is always willing to work through any challenges we may have with the software because they always want to get better. One feature I wish we could develop better is registration or program edability with a mobile platform.
Youth Soccer
Comments: The customer service is the clincher for us. If there is a problem, we can get help almost immediately. Including getting a person on the phone or on a screenshare to figure out how to get something done. Thier reporting is somewhat customizable so that you can get the information that you need very easily.
Pros:
The efficiency. We can set up a registration and the system does everything from there. We very rarely have to chase anyone for payment anymore. Camps are marketed directly to our members that are eligible. Field closures are instantly updated on the player and family's app. It's communication capabilities are seamless.
Cons:
There have been hiccups in set-up, but the playmetrics team was quick to respond to help us stay on course. They are very proactive and supportive for both admin and our players. We have moved our entire club over as of June and I get no questions from our membership about thier accounts anymore.
Great Customer Serive
Comments: Great
Pros:
Your Customer Service...If I have a question, concern, or problem, PlayMetrics connects with me with in 1-2 hours at the longest. I even get check up emails to see how things are going. Resources for Customer Service are usually the first to go, but not at PlayMetrics. We need to learn and manage no less than seven (7) software products to operate our Club. Try getting through to GotSport, Demosphere, and SportsEngine to name a few.

Gathering all the financial information I need at the end of the month.

Comments: My overall experience has been fantastic. It's hard to believe that an operating system can replace 3-4 systems we had to use in the past. It truly is an all-in-1 system that is easy to navigate and maneuver.
Pros:
This software is constantly developing to fit the needs of its users. The developers and success team listen to your concerns and actively look to adjust them in the system to fit your needs. I've never had experience with a support team and development team who truly listen and look to accommodate your club needs.
Cons:
What I like least in the software is difficult because it is constantly being adjusted because of the developers ability to listen and fix problems for its users. At the current moment, I would like to see staff roles be more customizable.
