Great CTMS for Clinical Research Sites finally an affordable software to go virtual.

Comments: We have more than 13 studies in the system without any issue, it makes our site Virtual Capable with easy remote monitoring capability that helps our sites to grow during the COVID 19 pandemic, sponsors and CROs are also impressed with the software, and important the customer care is excellent.
I consider that this software is the best choice in the market for any size clinical research site interested in going virtual.

Pros:

The software is easy to set up, implement and use, have been built with Clinical Research Sites requirements in mind, including eSource, eReg, finance, recruitment, and in compliance with all applicable regulations,

Cons:

Need to improve some small details with colors on the screen to be visually attractive.

Pros:

It was super easy to start up. Easy to navigate and figure out how to set studies up. CRAs have commented on how user friendly the system is. They love that they can remote monitor because everything is so evident.Support has been awesome. Very friendly and open to suggestions to making the system operate better.

Cons:

Financial monitoring could be more robust.

Pros:

This feature is great, I find it easy to use not complicated at all. I am very impressed with the communication I have with my patients through email or SMS on eClinpro. I also like the fact that we can electronically sign any documents needed.

Cons:

I feel that eClinpro can improve on giving more space in entering progress notes and not delete anything that has been worked on. Also, the task feature could use some improvement, when a task is done it should clear out rather than still staying pending.

Patient experience

Comments: Extremely helpful, knowing that all documents needed are at the touch of a button.

Pros:

Appointment visits and regulatory binder. Being able to upload all documents, including patient records helps all staff members to be more well organized and having files ready to view immediately. No more binders.

Cons:

Patient visits are out of scheduled time frame. This may cause a false deviation, which in this case if appointment is out of window per eClinpro, the staff would complete paper source.

Comments: We are just beginners in the system. We still are not using for a long / complicated study visits data entry but I like that in only one page we can navigate from the subjects information to the studies eSource and other areas

I have been used the product for a short time. It is easy to use and I like it in many of the features

Cons:

There are several features that I would like to have when using the system: Patient ID to appear in the summary volunteer page, text messages to have capacity for more words, be able to communicate with patients through emails and not only through SMS. problems with " complete" visit to appears when we complete and save one, once a task is completed, only can be closed for the person who opened, that waste time in the process.

IT hard to get at first but once you understand it very easy and effective. all your patient's info in one system.

Cons:

Training should be on site not over the phone or videos not all people learn that way. hands on would be better.

Comments: We are one of the few mexican siites using eSource, and we are detecting the advantage using it, mainly with the sponsors

Great service for your business

It is easy to use and always we get an answer right away if we do not understand something or need help. The help videos are also very informative.

Cons:

least would be patient data entry some times they do not give us date pf birth or needed things to enter them so we are not able to put them in right away.

Excellent Electronic Tools for Clinical Sites

Pros:

it is easy to use, easy to manage and administrate. Has all we need for the clinical studies. that you can make adjustments is important.

Cons:

Until now, I don´t have any complaints. In the beginning I found it annoying to get back to patients page or visits. But once you lear how to use it, it is easy.

Pros:

Eclinpro has made transitioning to electronic record keeping much easier. If there ever is an issue the team gets it fixed very quickly. The team at Eclinpro is professional and kind.

Cons:

I think the company is expanding and they do not have some of the things we need just yet. I know they may be getting them but that is my only complaint.

Amazing Service, Extremely Customizable

Pros:

eClinPro is easily customizable to accommodate the multitude of unique case report forms used in research trials. The customer service is impeccable. They are very responsive. The audit trails for data inputting and certification for documents is key for our industry, which are both features that eClinPro provides.

Cons:

Generating new CRFs can be quite tedious, especially when trying to match the EDC. I do not need the scheduling capabilities for our subjects, however there is no way to avoid using that on eClinPro. I would like to be able to enter a new subject from enrollment instead of creating a volunteer, scheduling them for a screening visit, etc.

Room for improvement

Pros:

I like that I can duplicate source docs for visits.

Cons:

Ease of use is not great. There should be an option to assign a signature to a private investigator so they can login and easily sign off on things. The "task option" isn't great. Also find the fact that you have to enter pin to sign off to be excessive when I am already logged in with my password.
