I may have difficulties in the future when I make changes in Xero and then require these changes to be reflected in Square for future transactions.

Excellent Saas
Pros:
Revel POS <> Xero Revel POS <> Google Sheets (live report exports)
Cons:
No portal to configure mapping. Just need to talk to support (pretty easy).

Comments: Very positive and of all the other integrations we have to use as part of our business AMAKA is my favourite
Pros:
Very responsive and helpful team when it comes to set up and any issues that occasionally arise. Jacquelyn is particularly helpful with IMPOS x Xero integration. We also use Amaka for SQUARE x Xero integration.
Cons:
occasionally the syncing can go amiss and then I have to reach out to ask the team to fix. However they are quite responsive so it's not been an issue
Trial of MYOB to WooCommerce
Pros:
Support to get started and have many options and multiple integrations
Cons:
Little documentation available. A little expensive for the basics compared to other option.
Helps with my reconciling
Comments: Amaka is good, however I have to wait a few days to book in a time to fix a problem which most of the time is urgent.
Pros:
The mapping to the specific accounts from Sqare to Xero helps me understand the financials.
Cons:
The limited time on the zoom of 30 minutes as somethings werent finalized over the call so had to rebook or follow up by email.Also there was a lady called [sensitive content hidden] which I found difficult to understand, she had a very strong accent so spent a lot of time reinterating what needed to be done.Also the times that are offered for the zoom calls dont really work for us as most are in the evenings or early mornings not our normal working hours from 9am till 5pm
Square to myob
Comments: Originally using Amaka was simple but when there were a few upgrades made which forced us to change the way we mapped the account code integration. We worked it out in the end, but I preferred the way we had overall choice with how to map codes. Maybe this is the difference between the free version as opposed to premium though. I will see!

Square / Xero integration
Comments:
With support assisted set up, Amaka
has made my life so much easier and ensures I have relevant data synced with client Xero account

Great service by customer support staff to assist with the complete configuration of the Xquare/Xero integration
Cons:
Without support, it can be very easy for clients to map the accounts incorrectly
Reconciliation issues
Pros:
Helpful, polite, timely service. Friendly support staff.

This is the fourth client I have set up with Amaka and it just gets easier
Comments: Overal, the experience was solid. Just what you want from an integration software

The set up was simple and one month of historical data was imported without hiccups

Sometimes daily sales integrations fell over from Shopify if there were any unusual transactions. I had to regularly check all had been uploaded.

Xero to Square support
Pros:
We changed our login user credentials for access to Square which required us to reconnect a new integration. While a backend solution for this was not available (perhaps for the roadmap), [sensitive content hidden] opened our old integration and walked us through the previous settings on Zoom. This made it much easier for us to avoid data entry errors and allow a seamless transfer to xero.
Cons:
That this required a support session rather than a backend migration that could have been supported via a ticket.

Amaka Support Team
Comments: Amaka Support Team are totally awesome! They know exactly how to respond to any problem that I have had.
Pros:
So easy to set up, use and integrate with Xero.
Cons:
There is nothing that I don't like so far about Amaka.
Square Till Integration
Comments: We are yet to check if the integration is getting back on shape (by tomorrow). But overall, [sensitive content hidden] was able to answer all our queries and was able to help us with our problems. The 1 hour went by so fast, that we wanted to extend, but maybe we'll book another call soon.
Pros:
[sensitive content hidden], the client support who assisted us was very skilled and answered our queries swiftly and with ease.
Cons:
There was a glitch in the integration 3 months now. And we've tried to contact through the Stripe help to no avail. Good thing we were able to contact Amaka and able to book a meeting as soon as available.

Save Time and Money!
Comments: My CSR, [sensitive content hidden], was knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me through the integration and then volunteered to finish a part of the process that needed to be completed manually. She actually followed through and I did not have to waste time tracking her down. She was the one keeping me informed as processes were completed. It was refreshing to have a company and person who actually seemed to care about their customers. What an awesome experience, I highly recommend this service! Will L.

Pros:
Amaka's customer service is great! You can always expect to hear back from them within 24 hours, but usually it's a lot sooner than that.
Cons:
I wish you could see more information on the sync history page, like the amount of the sync. That would greatly help troubleshoot sync issues. Also, the integration seems to be interrupted often. I would like to see this happen less often.

Received wonderful assistance from [sensitive content hidden] after my integration was causing duplicate sales entries and throwing the Square balance completely out. Not having a background in finance I was really overwhelmed (I just help my husband out by doing his business accounts but am in no way confident) and having the support of Amaka who not only identified the problem but fixed it for me, was such a huge relief. They are extremely knowledgeable and so efficient, easy to speak with and friendly. I decided to sign up for the managed services option which I find to be quite well-priced and in my opinion totally worth the money as it takes a great deal of stress off me in no longer having to look after this side of things. Thanks Amaka!
