What I like most about this software is it is easy to use and navigate.
The eCommerce has been difficult for us to work with, but our needs are out of the norm.

Dream technology transition
Comments: With Novi our collection of membership dues has skyrocketed to 2x what it was in the same period last year! Everyone on the team, from Programs to Operations, loves it. Its integration with our other databases has been a time and lifesaver. Overall, it is the best investment in technology we've ever made! Adoption was painless and all the hard work during the transition has paid off tenfold! We love the Novi product and team!
Pros:
Novi has helped our tiny team be mighty! We save tons of time and effort, have up to date information, great transparency, can make better decisions, and Novi handles complex tasks like a champ!
Cons:
We have yet to find faults despite trying to break the system.

Can't say enough great things about NOVI AMS!!!
Comments: Cost is based on yearly income, training is available often, NOVI Summit held each year is well worth the cost to attend, networking with other NOVI users is absolutely priceless. I honestly can't say enough positive about NOVI.
Pros:
EVERY. THING. Quick support, ease of use, integration with mail chimp/constant contact and QBO, transition was smooth and easy, training provided to use is top notch, website design is great and unique for each association. NOVI is genuinely an AMS for trade associations, by associations.
Cons:
not a single thing. I would recommend NOVI to everyone.
Good software, worth the switch
Comments: Overall I have a positive opinion of Novi, the positives far outweigh the negatives and Novi is constantly updating the system with better features. QuickBooks Online needs to update their system to catch up because Novi is much further advanced. Over time I believe Novi will just become a better database.
Pros:
I love how easy it is to copy events/classes, create class codes, receive payments online and let users manage their accounts. The software takes a lot of the manual/staff operation out of the equation allowing us more time to complete other work. The staff is also great, the take concerns seriously which I really appreciate and try to provide a fix if possible. Sending invoices is also super easy to do and quick which I love.
Cons:
There are a few areas that I'm not a big fan of, such as the refunding for membership dues is difficult to process and can only be completed on the QB's Online side not on Novi itself. It would be great to be able to pull past due invoices by specific event/class to email or mail out but instead it pulls all past due event/class invoices making it more difficult to seperate out what needs to be sent. Lastly the QB's Online portion is tricky on certain aspects for the finance side, that is a not a downfall of Novi more so on QuickBooks but since the two integrate with each other that can be an issue.

NoviAMS is the best option for associations
Comments: I have had a wonderful experience using Novi. Their team is always so helpful when I have questions or issues.
Pros:
I love the integration with quickbooks online. It saves me so much time. The onboarding was very easy because our association already used quickbooks. Novi's staff made everything easy for me to set up during the conversion.
Cons:
The emails sent to our members from the Novi software do not go through a lot of times. This results in me having to send email links myself which is time consuming.

Pros:
Novi is intuitive, easy to use, they are constantly updating and implementing new features, customer service is outstanding!
Cons:
I have no negative feedback! Every step of the way, the Novi team has been there.

NOVI AMS and why you should choose it.
Comments: The ease of use with NOVI is amazing. it's so user friendly and always improving. The NOVI team is amazing they really listen to your concerns and feedback. Unlike other database systems I've used, I'm not trying to find something better - I've found it.
Pros:
The way it integrates with QuickBooks and ease of tracking payments and memberships. it's great for events and advertising. Ease for member use also.
Cons:
I don't really have any cons. i am annoyed that i have to get a text every time I log into the database, and no one seems to have fix. it's ok but when you're on a plane and want to work you can't get a text.

I can see how the two-factor authentication text option would not be ideal when on a plane. The system allows us to streamline many of our processes! Customer service is great and always available to quickly walk me through questions or steps.
Cons:
Nothing really - all items I've had trouble with have been resolved or explained better so that I could use it correctly.

Great software to allow us to continue to add value to our memebers!
Pros:
I really like that you can easily pull data from users. As well as being able to create groups, this allows us to narrow down our target audience of members to ensure that we are getting the appropriate messaging to the right people.
Cons:
I haven’t been using long so I am still learning so don’t have anything negative to say at the moment

NOVI AMS is AMAZING!
Comments: NOVI AMS has been a pleasure to work with. Their yearly conference is a must attend event. At the conferene they work hand in hand with their users to elevate our experience with the product and give us the opportunity to vote on which new features to implement next.
Pros:
NOVI AMS is intuitive and very easy to learn and use. Event set up is quick and the group and reporting features make budget projections a breeze!
Cons:
I love everything about NOVI! If I ever do encounter an issue their team responds asap to help resolve the issue.

Novi & it's Staff are the BEST!
Pros:
My most favorite feature of NoviAms is the Help Center! The staff members in the Help Center are so very important to me since I am a one-person office and have no other staff members to assist when I have questions. The Help Center staff members are always so very helpful when I have questions regarding any process(es) in our Novi System, and if they don't have an immediate reply regarding my questions, they will have a replly usually within an hour. And if they don't have an answer for me immediately, they will always research the issue(s) regarding my question and get back to me with an answer shortly. These staff members are The Best of the Best!
Cons:
I can't think of anything at this time that I don't like about Novi!

Great Option for Association Management
Comments: We have used multiple association management software (AMS) programs over the last 20 years. None of them have everything, but Novi has been the most intuitive, the most responsive, and very straightforward for our members on the front end. Their web site template makes our site look very professional, and their customer support is amazing--it is not unusual for the company's [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to answer my support question--to me, a mark of a company that cares.
Pros:
I was first attracted to this software because it was created by association professionals FOR association professionals. 2 years in, I still appreciate that, and it shows in the updates and new features they are always adding. One of the most effective tools for us is the direct sync with Constant Contact--so all my mailing lists on CC are automatically updated when we get a new member, or someone's address changes. Huge time saver for us.
Cons:
The least "friendly" part of this software is the reporting tool. It is cumbersome to pick the fields and filters you need to pull the information you want. It isn't as helpful as reporting in other AMS programs I've used before. That being said, every time I have an issue with creating a report, the customer support helps me through it in no time at all--so the confusing nature of this one element is not anything that would keep me from choosing this again.

Comments: I would describe my experience as A++++
Pros:
The QuickBooks sync is amazing, it takes so much of the heavy lifting off of me. Updating the website is as easy as ever, being able to edit on the front end and back end. The customer support is TOP NOTCH - they always get back to you quickly and make sure to resolve and questions / issues you may be having. The Novi Exchange is an added benefit of being able to connect with other organizations on the platform and bounce around ideas.
Cons:
Nothing - I dislike nothing about this software truly.

Very pleased with Novi AMS
Comments: My task to find a new AMS for our association. I had a bunch of demos with various other AMS providers, but Novi was the best. Their presentation was not canned and spoke to my specific needs (like company membership versus individual, committee structures, dues structures, etc). Every one of our needs was met. The service is impeccable. They are polite, responsive, and VERY helpful. Just great folks. They really believe in their product.
Pros:
There is a lot to like here. The demo was great, all my questions were understood and answered thoroughly. The on-boarding process was amazing, they walked us through everything and were VERY responsive. I was amazed at Novi's flexibility and they really shaped their platform to fit our needs. This enabled us to begin work right away after we finished setting everything up. Most amazingly, their top tier customer service continued AFTER the on-boarding process! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], from Novi, kept up with me and scheduled followup meetings to make sure everything easy was going well. The end result is that I would recommend Novi for any association. It is intuitive, but also very flexible. I could not be happier, it is a great value.
Cons:
I am trying to think of something -- anything negative about Novi. I am drawing a blank. It was honestly that good. And I invite anyone reading this to contact me with questions.

Comments: We are a small association with very limited time and resources. This software has truly cut down on some repetitive tasks I was having to do previously, and now I have more time to get to things I may have not been able to in the past. It's easy to use, the training was thorough, and I like that it integrates with Quickbooks online.
Pros:
I can easily access the information I need about my association simply. I like the interface. I love that it connects with Quickbooks and that I can easily copy/paste past events to get them set up quickly. It seems pretty intuitive to me. I also like that there are easy-to-access help articles and the response time when you have a question is fast.
Cons:
Some aspects of the ECommerce could be better improved to tie in with events. Generating reports can be a bit time consuming because of the amount of data that is available; it can be overwhelming to try to find the exact field you're looking for.

We love the innovation
Comments: We began with Novi in late 2018 and have been very happy since. Our organization is small so the automations have been very helpful in maximizing staff hours on things like mailing list queries and event registrations.
Pros:
Having our membership database and website connected have enabled us to automate our event registrations.
Cons:
I would like a native mass email system inside of Novi instead of the Constant Contact/Mail Chimp bridge. Those two companies have large public profiles and many of our members have them blacklisted in their SPAM filters.

Pros:
There are a million reasons why we chose and continue to choose NOVI for our association management software. First and foremost, the customer service is bar none. Have a feature you really care about but cant find? They will personally help you find it or submit it as a suggestion for future updates. NOVI is one of the few companies I've felt like actually cares about me after the sale has gone through. We've been customers for over 5 years and have loved every minute of it. The platform is easy to use and reliable. It makes my job so much easier knowing I don't have to worry about our website. These guys are fantastic, I recommend them to everyone in search of an AMS!
Cons:
The only complaint here would be our association's need for specific features to be included. I say this full well knowing how incredible the team is at adding new features and listening to what we care about most. No doubt we will see these features at some point.

Responsive, Great Ease of Use, Real World Application
Comments: It is a different world after NOVI and we are just now getting into the benefits of comparing events from one year to the next or running data to use for recruitment. I am constantly in awe of how this program has changed what we do, how we do it, and the added benefits for our members.
Pros:
I think the fact that NOVI is on stand-by to answer questions, lead us to solutions, and help us navigate the powerful tool is one of the greatest aspects of NOVI. I made an off-handed comment about not having the address for orders on the printed page and several weeks later - there it was suddenly. I was blown away. I have never had a company respond to a suggestion in my life!
Cons:
The integration between the learning management system and NOVI leaves a lot to be desired; however, I have seen great improvement and expect that the responsive team at NOVI will not rest until it works in the same easy way as the NOVI does alone.
Easy to Use!
Pros:
I liked its ease of use and it is to easily get the support you need when you need it.
Cons:
I wish that when editing the website changes would automatically save.
Not enough stars to rate this high enough!
Comments: Nothing but positive things to say so far. This was the best switch in vendors our organization has ever done.

Smart AMS Choice that Delivers on Promises
Comments: We are very satisfied with Novi AMS! Our members have been able to jump right into the system to manage their records and pay invoices and we've reduced the burden on staff.

The smart, simple functionality, the Quickbooks integration, the great customer service

It's a No Brainer
Comments: Excellent! The customer service is great, the chat feature is super helpful with quck 'how to" questions and the white papers are very helpful with processes.
Pros:
Super easy to use. Once you have the rules set up, a lot of what used to be manual processes with other AMS systems are automatic with NOVI.
Cons:
I would like an ap developed for the website. I know it is responsive, but an ap gives more features, reminders, text capabiities that could be handy.
Great management software
Comments: Novi is the best at customer service! There are articles to read, informative roundtables to attend, online chat help, and my onboarding people are still reachable even months after being a client. Super fast response and simple instructions on how to update and fix absolutely anything. Novi is always coming out with new features to make every part more functional and internet safe and savvy.
Pros:
Integrating into Novi was absolutely seamless! The onboarding team was informative and helpful every step of the way. There was no guess work on the expectations and constant customer support. I like several features the most - entering new members and staff is easy, and so is making changes on the website. Creating and managing events is simple - and so is managing registrations. I love the countdown feature to show how many tickets are left to create a sense of urgency to sell out! I love that all of my members and staff integrate with Constant Contact. I can create lists in Novi that carry over, so I am only sending information to the groups that it pertains to, rather than all the members, all the time. I am sure that they appreciate less emails also! I also like that you really can not make a duplicate business or person entry at all, or a duplicate registration, less room for error, and accounting and member/unit count mistakes. The dashboards are my favorite - I always know how many members I have and how much $ is outstanding.
Cons:
The accounting was different for me, not that it is a con, just not all transactions can be fixed or created through Novi. But, after a few months of getting familiar with all the aspects of QB and QB Payments, it meshes well now. I was used to doing all payables and receivables in one place.

Novi is AMAZING!
Comments: Our overall experience has been great from the very start. We couldn't be happier!
Pros:
There are SO MANY great things about Novi that I hardly know where to start. It is easy to learn, easy to use, and the implementation was seamless. The integration with QuickBooks Online works so well behind the scenes that you hardly even notice that it's happening. I am a HUGE fan.
Cons:
I can't think of anything that I don't like or that needs to be improved. One reason is that Novi is constantly evolving and improving. As soon as we think of something that we want or need, Novi has usually beaten us to the punch and is already working on rolling it out.

Can we agree novi is the best?
Comments: With our previous AMS, I had to do so many things manually to get my accountant the information she needed. Now, I just review the information that comes from novi to QBO and it's magical.You cannot beat their customer service team! Everyone is incredible and always answers my questions quickly and thoroughly.
Pros:
The direct integration with Quickbooks is AMAZING!
Cons:
I'd love an email option built in but they know they don't need to fill that void.

Comments: Overall I enjoy the features Novi has offered and appreciate the new opportunities it's brought to our members. I am satisfied with the program and appreciate their quick customer service response.
Pros:
I love the functionality of the Novi software! There are so many features and options available that have assisted our Association since we onboarded with them about year ago. They are constantly taking my requests and making new changes/overhauls to features which makes it seem like you are offering your members something new every couple of months!
Cons:
I don't love the financial piece being through Quickbooks Online or I wish Novi could have/should have offered training on Quickbooks Online with the implementation. We felt like we were learning two new programs when we switched and made some pretty big mistakes that could have been avoided with better training.
