Excellent deal for automated recurring billing

Comments: So far, they have been responsive and giving me what I paid for. When I got the paid membership I was promised I would be grandfathered into any future updates, like the recurring invoicing features and I was just reassured by the CEO that yes, I will be.

Pros:

Love the automatic recurring billing feature (currently in beta testing). I also loved the automated email reminders.

Cons:

I'm not really familiar with how to use it yet, so I hope they can create more tutorial videos for each function. That would make their users more efficient = happy users.

Comments: Overall the product is great, flexible and easy to use. There are more features that can be added that would make this good product event greater.

Pros:

I really like the simplicity of the application. It is quite flexible and allows you to change just about every option available. It even allows you to create a products list with SKUs and services making it ideal for any kind of business. It contains a dashboard that allows you to see at a glance any outstanding invoices and/or balances along with the most recent invoices. Pretty handy

Cons:

I wish this service could add multi-factor authentication to further protect access to the data. Also, would be ideal to know if the data in the back-end is actually encrypted, as you could be entering sensitive information into the portal. In addition to that, if the dashboards were customizable in the sense of adding more "widgets" to include the other selections. Also an option to group things like contacts by customer company, group services by type (ex: maintenance, installation, etc. ), group products by category. Sending invoice email does not provide the option preview before is sent. This doesn't allow you to see what the message looks like. Also, would be great if you could have multiple users setup with permissions. Last but not least, would be great to select a specific contact from a "customer company group" and being able to select a different email address as the sender of the invoice (ex: [email protected] VS [email protected]).

Great start!

Comments: I purchased Invoice Quickly as a Lifetime service. I wanted to move away from the SAAS model that other billing services use. I have made settings and adjustments in Invoice Quickly but not yet ready to make the jump as my primary invoicing software.

Pros:

Simple straight forward interface. Pricing is very attractive. Potential to become great! Actively being worked on.

Cons:

Many items are currently in development phase. Currently the dashboard is mainly a welcome screen without any useful information. Since it's in development, there are bugs that I have encountered. Sometimes invoices don't save. There isn't always a message explaining errors.

Must have Online Invoicing Tool For Freelancers , Small & Medium Businesses

Comments: One Stop Shop for managing your billing. I highly recommend this tool for your startup :-)

Pros:

Super easy to use Invoicing Tool and Customer Support is highly responsive. I personally use this tool for my freelance services and I really love this app. I think this tool has the potential to serve your business in the best possible way :-)

Cons:

Need some integrations with other tools but their Roadmap says they are developing it

Excellent For Starting Out - And Probably More!

Comments: I just started using Invoice Quickly. I appreciate their rapid response to my questions. I LOVE the price. They seem to be listening to my suggestions and thoughts.

Pros:

Plenty of features. Very responsive customer support. Openness to suggestions. Ability to accept credit cards. Simplicity. I think this is an outstanding deal, especially for anybody that is new and starting out - but that is not to say that there aren't plenty of features for those who are further along in their business!

Cons:

I wish I could customize the word "invoice" on the invoices to say something else.

Invoice Quickly Review

Pros:

Business style looking invoices the format is also nice. I use the comment box to write what the event is the time and place although i have run out of space and would not let me save once or twice.

Cons:

When invoices won't save. Also cannot manually turn an estimate into an invoice. No delete button for invoices.

Comments: Great experience overall

Pros:

Overall it is easy to use, you can connect your payment methods and you can be anywhere really to send someone an invoice as long as you have internet, great customer services, they will work with you on adding features

Cons:

The cons are you cannot integrate with QuickBooks, Can't figure out how to change edit payment, no some training videos

Comments: It was great. Its really simple to use and i loved using it.

Pros:

It has a clean and elegant design. Easy to use and intuitive. I was able to do invoicing with few clicks. Really useful.

Cons:

It lacks a bit in features but thats alright if they are going to include features in future.
