About Adalysis
Scale your PPC performance, not your workload. Adalysis offers auditing, monitoring, optimization and automation tools. Free trial.
I love the audit tool, the budget pacing, bidding tool, and the most essential - the A/B testing functionality.
The interface looks a bit dated. Doesn't support PayPal - only ChargeBee where their payment merchant doesn't support some banks.

A Game-Changer for Google Ads Management
Pros:
I've been using Adalysis for my PPC management needs during the free trial and we're going to buy an annual plan. This tool is an absolute game-changer for anyone working in the world of digital advertising.I found it useful in budget management and pacing control, daily audits and insightful reports.
Cons:
The platform is intuitive and easy to explore; there might be a slight learning curve for users entirely new to PPC advertising. There are a lot of resources and support to assist newbies in getting started.
Good for ongoing management - still requires logging into Google Ads
Pros:
Simplified tasks quickly and gave great advice on reaching goals related to buget, clicks, etc by making changes such as shared budgets. Also provided quick wins by alerting me to things like duplicated keywords when managing many ad groups.
Cons:
More revisions are needed for the auto-ad creation option; I often would see a list of alerts and after I would run through them to make any changes necessary, some would still stat alerted after I had made the fix or clicked "ignore". I also would have loved a keyword tool in there. otherwise I thought it was a decent tool for small changes and quick wins.

Hi Kristin, thank you for your feedback. We have a number of keyword tools and ad creation tools together with many tutorial videos in our help portal. Regarding your comment about fixing the alert, if your change to fix it was made in Google Ads (and not Adalysis), it will refresh the next day within Adalysis. We recommend all changes are made within Adalysis so the alerts are updated immediately (and it's much faster this way :-).
Way too complex
Comments: Watched all the videos, but didn’t progress beyond the trial because I couldn’t see the value compared with the other tools I was evaluating. Advice: Simplify the UX and make the core value of at more accessible.
Pros:
- A lot of data, but that is not in itself useful without the actionable insights being easily surfaced
Cons:
- way too complex- too many options, not clear where the value is- not clear what data is available here, not available elsewhere
Adalysis Response
last year
Hi Matt, we're sorry you found the tool complex to use. We understand everyone is unique in what they expect from a platform. The vast majority of our users find the platform easy to use as evident from all the other reviews here. The most common feedback we get is the value the platform gives is far more than its cost and much more than what most other tools offer. One of our dedicated account managers offered to do a demo and answer your questions but we didn't receive any replies from you. We wish you all the best in finding an alternative solution.
Great for Audit & Time Savings with Ongoing PPC Management
Comments: The experience is top-notch. I knew about it from another agency where I worked, and Ioved it as a tool to A/B test creative.
Pros:
I love everything about this tool. It's literally a needle in a haystack. I almost don't want to write this review because it can give a competitive edge to other agencies. I love the audit tool, the budget pacing, bidding tool, and the most essential - the A/B testing functionality.
Cons:
The only thing that I don't like is that you aren't able to truly customize the audit reports that are generated. The audit reports are still very helpful in terms of reducing the labor required to complete these projects.
so expensive compared to its features
Pros:
multiple features covering the main areas Google ads account, but not so detailed
Cons:
Not what I expected in analysing account performance and areas for improvement

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you didn't think the platform offered value for money. We see from our logs you didn't use much of the platform during your free trial and hence probably missed most of what it offers. The most common feedback we get is our platform is actually underpriced. We're not aware of any other platform that offers the same detailed analysis, automation and control, let alone for anywhere near the price we charge. We wish you all the best in finding a suitable tool.
Adalysis for Marketing Agencies
Comments: I think it is quite useful software, with more focus on improving the Google Ads Quality Score. It is really useful. However, I don't need to use it on an ongoing basis.
Pros:
- I like a dashboard that shows critical errors that I didn't spot myself. - I like the feature that highlights how many results are from different geo-targeting: interest or primary location. - Working process with keywords makes me happy
Cons:
Don't like the navigation across different accounts and so on.
Adalysis Review
Comments: Best, give us best insights for our campaigns and optimization
Pros:
All campaign over all optimization feature directly from one tool
Cons:
google ads recommendation coming in adalysis as suggestions which is not worthy
10/10 must use
Pros:
it makes a lot easier to optimize google ads
Cons:
nothing as such because I have only used it for 14 days although it takes some time to refresh the recommendations sometimes
Amazing tool
Pros:
Very user friendly tool. Definetely the best software for PPC management
Cons:
Could be more expensive than competitors
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to use and effective PPC Software
Pros:
- Budget Management - Quality Score Insights
Cons:
- Interface could be a bit more user-friendly.
Alternatives Considered:
Good bang for the buck
Pros:
This does not have all the bells and whistles of a few other (higher-priced) dashboards but provides good recommendations based on three primary categories: critical, optimization and performance. Have found that OOTB criteria are pretty good but can also adjust thresholds as needed (i.e. what triggers an alter).
Cons:
Many of the suggested changes have to be done directly in ads platform proper (ads.google.com or bing) versus doing them directly in Adalysis.
Great for PPC management
Comments: Great overall experience
Pros:
How easily it identifies areas to focus on in your campaigns and then quickly execute those changes. Great for PPC operations.
Cons:
I wish it had more robust budget pacing features
Adalysis is an excellent resource
Comments: My team tested Adalysis with the trial and we are in the process of making it our primary workflow tool.
Pros:
Adalysis is fast and intuitive to onboard and has a robust set of features that simplifies ad management at a high level but also allows you to make in depth modifications with data driven insights.
Cons:
It is a shame that things have to cost money.
Very happy
Pros:
Adalysis is a great tool for Google Ads managers. The custom performance alerts are a really useful feature, as they can help you to identify and take action on performance issues quickly.makes google ads management much easier.
Cons:
can think of anything negative love it
Among the best PPC Management tools
Pros:
Allowed us to replace spreadsheet-based insight reporting, and greatly speed up acount audits, bidding modifications and ad analysis and testing. The Looker Studio are well done. Adalysis easily beats every other platform in this range.
Cons:
Nothing. It's really a well thought through and done platform.
Another great PPC tool for your toolkit
Comments: I only used it for 2 weeks but I told my clients that I was likely going to add it to our stack. It was quality and I can see becoming a regular user of it if I add a couple more clients to my portfolio.
Pros:
It was rich with insights and the ability to apply changes directly from the software was incredibly helpful.
Cons:
I think the user interface was a bit outdated but it wasn't a hindrance to my work.
N-Gram Analysis / Search Terms
Comments: The support team is super responsive and intent on finding solutions.
Pros:
I stumbled upon Adalysis while looking for n-gram analysis of search terms, so that I could build meaningful negative keyword lists with ease. Adalysis with its intuitive interface excels at this.
Cons:
Since I came for n-gram analysis only, I am not missing anything.
Excellent Software that Helps to Streamline Adwords
Comments: The cost of the software is within reach of many smaller agencies and I've been very happy with the value of Adalysis. I've followed Brad Geddes for a long time and trust his knowledge on PPC. Adalysis is obviously set up by a team who very much know what they are doing.
Pros:
I use Adalysis often and it's been a great time saver for me. The dashboard highlights issues with an Adwords account and there is a lot of other data and functionality including ad AB testing. One of the features I find most useful is the Quality Score reporting for auditing accounts and identifying areas for improvement. Adalysis gives an ad group a priority to work on to have the most impact for QS. N-gram analysis of search term components is great. You can also identify landing pages with low quality score and improve the situation. The ad testing features are also great, for example you can analyse across the account ad performance based on patterns in Headline 2 for example, these insights have helped me to improve performance. Some of the features are possible to do with a pivot table and I used to follow Brad Geddes' instructions on doing this, but Adalysis instantly shows you the information you need to optimise and improve Adwords. Support is very responsive and helpful. Overall this is superb software, I love it!
Cons:
There are ongoing improvements to Adalysis and more features have been released. One thing I would like to see is to set a longer date range for some of the features or be able to set your own date range.
In love with Adalysis
Comments: As I mentioned above because I use SKAGs this software really helps me in my ad testing process. Customer support has always been fast, responsive, and knowledgable. 10 out of 10!
Pros:
I use SKAGs in my account so I love that I can compare ads with ease across multiple ad groups. I also love the n-gram search query reports and the alerts dashboard. Of all the PPC tools we use, this one is my favorite.
Cons:
I recently learned that the n-gram search query report uses sampled or filtered data. It still unlocks a lot of value but now I feel the need to validate my findings.
My experience with Adalysis
Pros:
Adalysis helps me traffic sculpt and make bulk edits of all my campaigns. Its easy to navigate and offers helpful links/videos of best practices. Adalysis allows me to identify duplicate terms, wrong match types, and unlinked ad extensions.
Cons:
What I least like about the software is that I wish it had an auto-refresh. Usually, when I make massive changes, it is always a day behind. Sometimes the recommendations are totally not worth it and against best practices from my experience.
Simple yet sophisticated Ad testing and Campaign Auditing Software
Comments: Overall, Adalysis has been a great tool to make sure we are frequently running ad tests and to make sure our account is squared away with proper settings. If you have a large complex account, I'd say Adalysis is a must have tool.
Pros:
We originally started using Adalysis for ad testing as it made it significantly easier to roll-out and measure account-wide ad tests. What I have come to find is that a number of the account auditing tools and features have been extremely beneficial (negative keyword conflicts, audience performance etc.). We have a very complex account +24,000 keywords and +10,000 ad groups so Adalysis makes sure everything is set up properly.
Cons:
Some of the actual ad testing features can be a little buggy--ex: setting up ad variations for display urls doesn't always work. I'd also like to have a dashboard to monitor the performance of individual ads before they reach significance (right now you can only do this for broad tests, not individual ads).
Clunky but extremely powerful tool to help automate PPC
Comments: Positive, i cannot fault the optimisations it recommended and the ability to roll out split tests so easily. However elements of the product make it feel clunky and slow but for the price point it is incredibly good value.
Pros:
The ability to be able to roll out ad split tests in the platform so easily is the key draw of the product. Its automation features in account analysis are also so useful when looking for quick wins in an account to optimise, especially if its one you've not built and is layered with previous users/agencies strategies.
Cons:
Just feels a bit clunky and the UI could be improved somewhat. When hopping between different functions of the software you lose the filters you previously had in place and it's a pain to keep putting new or re-adding filters back in.
Great tool for PPC nerds
Pros:
Account audit alerts and also the Ad Copy AB Testing
Cons:
The UX is not the best - it's not that intuitive and easy to use in my opinion and somehow has an 'old' look and feel
Great Softwre
Pros:
Easy to use & shows you the main sections to work on, on your account
Cons:
It can be a little difficult to find your way around.
Perfect for A/B testing your ads and account optimization
Pros:
It saves a lot of time. Before I had to aggregate the data in excel and now I can handle everything directly in Adalysis
Cons:
I think the user interface needs some UX improvements. But all in all, it's a fantastic time saver for Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
