Absolute Game Changer of a System

Comments: It's been fantastic from system to service, we really don't have any complaints. Everything always works as it should and allows us to cater to our clients in a more streamlined way.

Pros:

Phonexa has been life altering for our business model; it's allowed us to seamlessly integrate our systems and processes to further grow our lead generation side. We love all of the live reporting features and customization Phonexa allows, as well as the fact that it's API-based. Our account management is also phenomenal; always willing to help and always courteous, they have 100% made the system that much better with their customer service. We use this service every day and could not imagine a better partner.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is though Phonexa can fully integrate with anything via API, a developer is needed for setup and occasional maintenance.

Efficient and quality lead devliery software with more tools under the hood

Pros:

Phonexa is a great product with many tools under the hood. Our primary use case was lead delivery, but this opened the door to call tracking, website monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. The best part is that it’s all covered under the competitive monthly fee, allowing us to consolidate other services, making it a cost-effective solution after migrating from another lead delivery provider. The customer support is excellent, and unlike some onboarding processes, Phonexa doesn’t leave you alone until the job is done. They join video calls and have you take the lead, so you're learning the system and implementation as you go, which I appreciate. The system was implemented quickly and easily integrated with our existing tech stack and CRM. They also ensure you're making the most of the products and are eager to help you improve and evolve the setup. After the initial learning period, the system is easy to use and is utilised daily. The system is flexible and continues to meet our needs, making it an invaluable part of our operations.

Cons:

I wouldn’t go so far as to say there is a dislike; however, the UI could be cleaner. There is so much on the platform that it can be daunting and difficult to locate parts of the system. That said, the search bar and navigation breadcrumbs are very handy! Again, I don’t think this qualifies as a dislike, but rather as constructive feedback. If you’re struggling, the support team is always ready to help.

Comments: I have been using E-Delivery and LMS for a few years now and it has helped me reduce marketing costs and improve deliverability and overall performance of my campaigns.

Pros:

The extensive reporting and automated notifications allows me to detect and fix any problems with campaigns before they become an issue. The reporting capabilities are like no other platform I’ve used. Which makes it easy to follow the precise lead journey. Another thing I like about Phonexa is the customer support. They endeavour to go above and beyond to help with any topic, whether its large or small. The team are never short on solutions and will even add in new features to fit around specific needs.

Cons:

As it's quite a complex system with lots of capabilities, it can take time to understand. However, there is a comprehensive online guide where I found a lot of answers to my questions.

PHONEXA- A LOVE STORY

Comments: This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. But honestly I am so indebted to them I feel that I needed to give them their flowers. Before Phonexa we were literally paying people to do things that their software considers a complimentary or secondary service i'm sure. Thank you Phonexa for everything!

Pros:

Phonexa has completely helped us scale our business. We have an AMAZING account specialist, [sensitive content hidden]. He has literally responded to emails and texts and phone calls as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 8:00 PM on one off occasions where I had a question or needed help that just couldn't wait. They give us the ability to set concurrencies, hourly and daily limits, and give us full control over our lead flow.

Cons:

That is sets unrealistic expectations for our other software providers, there's nobody that I have worked with that has been as awesome as phonexa. Legitimately. This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. Comments: Phonexa has enabled us effectively manage our pingtree, and provides us with real time in-depth data to allow us to optimise our traffic and workflows.

Pros:

Phonexa has been pivotal for our growth as a lead generator and broker. Its turnkey solutions, particularly the Lead Management System (LMS) and Lynx feature, have optimized our processes. LMS provides an easy-to-understand interface with granular reporting capabilities, allowing me and my team to keep our fingers on the pulse, and enabling data-driven decisions for growth and improved customer experiences while reducing costs. The Lynx feature enhances click tracking, guiding our marketing efforts effectively and allowing us to optimise our marketing accordingly. Not only are Phonexa's features outstanding, but their team consistently goes above and beyond to support our business. A reliable and essential tool for any organisation focused on efficiency and growth.

Cons:

While there isn't anything I dislike about Phonexa, the product's extensive capabilities can pose a steep learning curve. Effectively utiliSing it on a day-to-day basis may take some time to grasp fully.

Comments: Very positive, have been using phonexa for a number of years and have consolidated multiple solutions into 1 platform

Pros:

The ability to be able to find solutions to complex needs and provide multiple lead delivery options to different providers and suppliers. Having all our solutions in one place (lead delivery and email delivery) also helps from a reporting perspective. We've launched various initiatives into various systems, including bespoke API integrations and solutions - these include modification of standard data into methods that are easy to either report on or manage in said systems. Also, they're ability to answer questions rapidly and support mechanisms are not hindered by a support ticket/email process which can delay implementations

Cons:

None spring to mind, any issues that do present themselves are rapidly resolved

The complete package

Comments: My overall experience has been excellent, there's really nothing to dislike about it, the product serves my business needs perfectly

Pros:

I have been using Phonexa for some years now and the platform offers everything that I could need, and more. Implementing the system in to my business was seamless, I use the platform all day every day including on my mobile. The platform allows you to do so much and really moulds around your business needs. Phonexa has helped me scale the business considerably and there's still so much to learn about it. The support team respond instantly to queries and nothing is too much trouble for them, and they're all really nice people and a pleasure to speak to.

Cons:

Not a dislike at all, but there's a bit of a learning curve to get used to it as there's so much it can do

Stacked product, extremely helpful team

Pros:

Phonexas product suite has played a major role in the rapid growth of our company. There is a solution for almsot every problem we encountered, everything that we needed to grow and if it didn't exist Phonexa built it for us. Onboarding was very easy, we were able to learn the platform quickly and relied on their huge knowledge bank and teams readiness to help to get integrations done and we were live within just a couple of weeks. The team has been on-hand and become a major resource for us, with multiple points of contact at any time. We honestly couldn't be happier and look forward to continued growth with Phonexa as our partner.

Cons:

Dashboard / Reporting perhaps a bit outdated - actually happens to suit me but that's the only negative I have heard from my team.

How can you not love the Phonexa platform?

Comments: I've been very fortunate to work with Phonexa. I've been able to have calls with senior members of their Team when needed and they've been able to customize solutions to support my business needs. Their office is headquartered in my area and they've opened their doors for me to come and learn directly from their staff to enrich my own understanding of how to better win in my business endeavors. It's been a great experience to say the least!

Pros:

The platform has everything my company could need to support our marketing and lead gen efforts. Their system is powerful and reliable and their support team is available for everything you need built. All you have to do is know how to communicate it to them.

Cons:

I don't have a "liked least" to share. It's a top tier platform with great people behind it.

Intuitive Software with Great Customer Support

Comments: Phonexa offers a secure place to collect and store data, which can then be easily segmented and marketed to, through the E-Delivery platform. This allows us to manage all of our marketing channels in one place and gain in-depth analytics and reporting of customer engagement.

Pros:

Phonexa is an intuitive platform with an easy learning curve, which makes it really simple to set up, manage and analyse campaigns. The system is pretty flexible which allows you to get the most out of your incoming and outgoing leads.

Cons:

Nothing of note. The support team are really helpful and always listen to suggestions on how Phonexa can be improved.

Great platform and an amazing team of experts!

Comments: This is the second company i have aworked at and used Phonexa. Both experiences have been outstanding and the team are really supportive.

Pros:

We track all our advertising activity in one place, whether that be affiliate campaigns, lead gen, SMS, email etc. So its become the core of absolutely everything we do. If we have new requirements from the platform that it might not already do, the team at Phonexa have been really accomodating at building new functionality. The support team are second to none, no question is too much and they are always happy to help!

Cons:

Nothing specifically, i think we would have struggled to implement internally if we didnt have a technically proficient team member.

Comments: I really enjoyed my time with Phonexa. As mentioned, my account manager was great and so was the supporting team members. We always had help available and never felt like we were left alone to figure things out which in my opinion is the most important need when running a business and you have to fix things on the fly. We had a great experience, and I would recommend Phonexa to anyone that asked me if it was a good idea to use the service.

Pros:

Honestly, I really like the account manager that I work with. [sensitive content hidden] is professional and he always makes himself available for a meeting to help my team address any needs that we have. What I really like about [sensitive content hidden], is that he is actually present during the meetings, and you can tell that he actually cares to help educate and come up with a solution for what is needed. I have worked with many account reps on different platforms and products and [sensitive content hidden] is one of the best account managers in overall quality and willingness to help. He actually adds value as an account manager.

Cons:

There really isn't much to dislike. I am not the most tech savvy person, so the platform wasn't easy for me to figure out, but that is because I am useless when it comes to tech. However, my operations manager had a great time using it and I never heard him complain about the usage of the platform or any difficulty. Overall, I really do not have any complaints.

Pros:

The team at Phonexa goes up and beyond in assisting their clients, and while implementing a new software can be a bit intimidating the Phonexa team was there every step of the way - shout out to [sensitive content hidden]! They were so patient and responsive with my team, and helped make things go so smoothly. The UI is pretty intuitive, and has lot of features available to help track and manage your calls and leads. The reporting was great for us to easily identify KIP's.

Cons:

It took a bit of time to learn what each step of the integration buildout was, but that was expected when learning a new software.

Phonexa is a really great platform when it comes to pay per call and pay per lead, the functionality includes a series of different tools that allows you to create and set your campaigns to perform in the way that you need and prefer, it really accomodates into your needs

Cons:

I wouldn't say that there are any downsides in the platform, it actually has everything that you possibly would possibly need in just one place

Easy to Use, Great Support!

Comments: Phonexa helped us get leads to the right clients all in one place. The integrations for billing, tracking, client logins etc truly helped us simplify and consolidate our entire business model

Pros:

For the most part it is highly intuitive. Everything I could not solved they did personally for me, even giving me some of my own integrations on the spot for my niche use case. I onboarded with [sensitive content hidden] who was above and beyond in helping me out!

Cons:

I have no complaints... everything I struggled with was addressed in 24 hours most of the time
