Was a great product
Comments: BumbleBee was a great childcare management software product. I would log into it at least 3 time a week. This product was a wonderful tool for when we had to give info to other organizations such as child outreach regarding language, ethnicity etc. All you had to do was click on a child's name and all the info that the parents imputed was right there. Very easy to use. So sad that it closed down!
Pros:
This product was easy to use. It gave a lot of information on the children and families that was easy to access. Had a great archive feature. Great for printing out sign in sheets.
Cons:
What I liked least about the Bumblebee Childcare Management Software was that it shut down last summer.
A different kind of software program
Comments: It was immensely helpful!
Pros:
Great for past, current and future enrollment data as well as family data. Easy access, customizable to suit our needs. Teachers can print attendance and sign in sheets.
Cons:
No messaging system, such as ability to email blast. No tuition payment system.
Never heard back from this company
Comments: I tried several times to get a hold of someone at bumble bee as I am very interested in trying their product, havent heard a word. I tried email and voicemail several times. Looking elsewhere for options.
Great Software, sad it’s gone
Comments: I was so sad to hear that this software company was shutting down, it found a great system to organizing childcare information.
Pros:
Super user friendly and really did a great job of organizing information.
Cons:
It was glitchy every now and again but worked well for the most part
Excellent Enrollment Tracker
Comments: Bumblebee is great for daily use and for tracking interested families, enrolled families, and alumni.
Pros:
Very easy to use and it keeps lots of information well organized.
Cons:
It would be great if there were other elements added in like family communication in real time.

Stealth mode and the option of ladies fast. And the quality peoples.
Cons:
Mandatory to text first within 24 hours.
