I like that I can do my scheduling and team management in one place. I also like the website design that they did for our business.

Cons:

The general layout and size of objects on the booking site can be confusing and clunky. Many of these issues have been resolved through updates which are constantly being put out.

Comments: The Customer Service team is off the charts - fantastic and they honestly care about my business.

Pros:

The way that my business appears to my customers - from the appearance of the webpage to the ability for people to see their own accounts. Great Product

Cons:

Large expensive Camps run as series do not have the ability to create a payment plan...had to create spread sheets to bill customers at a later date.

Statstak is a GREAT platform

Comments: Customer support team is unlike anything else I've experienced with any platform I've ever worked with. The response time and knowledge of responses is incredible. That, and their continued improvements, make this a truly great platform.

Pros:

This is absolutely built for our business. Nearly everything that we need is all in one place, allowing us to remove other ways that our business has operated in the past, and remove other platforms we are paying for. They continually update to improve and add features.

Cons:

As they grow and update, there can be occasional bugs that happen. In particular, have noticed delivery reliability of the messaging function missing people from time to time. We are talking about a small number in 1000's of messages we send. Recently, they have made strides to help with this, which is appreciated. This is the only thing keeping this from a 5 star product.

No-Brainer Solution For Small Business Facilities Looking To Save Money

Comments: Switching to StatStak was an easy and painless experience for our facility. The service is constantly being updates with improvements to speed and usability. This should be a no-brainer for any small business facility looking to save costs on other expensive software options because there is no cost to using their service. I didnt believe it at first, but now after using it for the past year, our facility are firm believers in StatStak and our future using it.

Pros:

StatStak has been amazing to work with. Their customer service has been outstanding and the software has an incredible to work with. There is flexibility to make our business run the way we need it to and the ability to add or change just about ever aspect of our booking page to make everything easy to find and quick to purchase. At first I did not believe that it was a no-cost solution but after using it for the past year, I can without a doubt say, it does not cost our facility anything to use it.

Comments: It has been a much more customer-friendly site to use than our old site with Mindbody! It’s easier to use on our end as well and makes our jobs simpler! The only downside again that we have struggled with is the reporting! It is easy to create events and copy lessons from one week to the next, saving us steps in the process!

Pros:

The simplicity and customization of the website is very user-friendly! It is easy to make changes and updates when you need to! The company is always making updates and changes to the functionality of the website as well which is cool to see and the team is awesome to work with! We also use it to house our travel ball team information which has been very easy to use!

Cons:

The financial reporting has never really lined up with what our bank accounts say, which makes us nervous!

Incredible.

Comments: Constantly shocked about how much baseball facility specific functionality there is. Mentioned a “this would be nice” to a developer early on, and the feature appeared within a few months. Super easy to chat with support staff who are proactive in helping due to the win-win business model. Not like other software that is over complicated, not baseball specific, and no one is motivated to help since there is a subscription model.

Pros:

Customer service. Responds to customer feedback and feature requests lightning fast. Assistance from friendly and proactive staff for migration. 11/10. Wish we had this platform when we opened 11 years ago. We tried everything from EZ facility, to a combination of open source custom mess with Stripe, Stax, and other software that didn’t integrate. This has truly been wonderful and their business model incentivizes quality customer support and feedback.

Cons:

Nuthin. I need to write more words but there’s nothing to say.

Comments: We've been with StatStak for almost two years and have grown along with the software. The team is always willing to listen to our suggestions and help us when we need assistance. The BEST customer service around. We interviewed five other software platforms before choosing StatStak and it was the best decision.

Pros:

It makes my facility so seamless and my instructors know where to be and when.

Cons:

Can't wait for the app! That's the only thing we need!

Some of the improvements I am told are coming will be nice. Being able to integrate my schedule with my Google or Apple calendar is needed.

Comments: My experience is communicating with athletes and parents. Anything from information, reminders, and payments are handled on StatStak.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to use and navigate through. Anything from emails to our families making payments is easy to work through.

Cons:

There are no major cons with StatStak. Once I learned how to navigate it really became easy and user friendly.

Comments: Our experience with StatStak has been great so far. We wanted to switch to a company where we felt like we could build a relationship and be mutually beneficial with each other. StatStak provides that.

Pros:

The team at StatStak is very knowledgeable, helpful, and available. The software itself is very flexible to fit our many different needs as a company.

Cons:

The site itself can sometimes run a little bit slower than what we'd like.

Comments: It’s been excellent. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been looking for software like this for 12 years.

Pros:

StatStak is exactly what I was looking for. Very straightforward for people to book sessions. Very efficient for me to fill the calendar with classes. Team management is clean. Customer service best I’ve ever experienced.

Cons:

An app would be nice, but I’m only putting that because I have to write something!

Comments: It has been a helpful scheduling system that people of all types of technological proficiency can understand.

Pros:

The system is easy to navigate, easy to explain and seems secure.

Cons:

No complaints so far. Moving forward, having some sort of a virtual business card to go along with link for lesson booking would be nice, if possible.
