The primary reason we switched over to RUN by ADP was for compliance purposes. When payroll runs being able to easily track sick time, vacation time, worker's comp, and retirement with a few clicks has saved our company hours of work each week at a great price. > > **Cons**: There are a few systems and communication pieces that our employees receive that sound a bit more corporate than our companies typical communication that I wish I could edit. > > Highly recommend ADP. I've gotten my brother's company using them and have referred them to others in my city and community as well. It seems like many employees have worked for companies that use them at this point as well, so there's a lot of familiarity with how to navigate their systems. If he doesn't have the answer right away, i get it within an hour. When i make payroll i get a call from the implementation specialist next day to make sure everything went smoothly.
