Fast, easy and continuously evolving

Comments: Centralize our product listings for all the channels we are in-market for. This is by far the key benefit we derive from the platform. In addition working through the nuances of each marketplace is easy to manage.

Pros:

The easiness to manage the tool. It's made for non-technical users, and in today's environment, this accelerated speed to market capabilities when making changes.

Cons:

It has a few bugs that pester me, for one, there are integrations that don't offer full sync with shipping status, which has users manually input some information.

Great option for Listing Creation

Comments: We specifically use listing mirror for listing management and it does that better than most programs that are significantly more expensive.

Pros:

It is very easy to take listings from one channel and duplicate them to other channels. I specifically like that you can pick and choose what channels to list on per sku. It is very intuitive.

Cons:

Initial instruction on how you content needs to be structured in order to appear properly on each channel would be helpful. We had to do quite a few things wrong out of the gate so that we could figure out the right way to do it.

Great for inventory... Bad for ease of use

Comments: Tried this out, it does what it I supposed to do, but the ease of use is not really there.

Pros:

I like the many features that this has to make listing and keeping track of your inventory very easy.

Cons:

It isn't the easiest to use and sometimes I have to relearn myself on how to use the features over and over again.

Streamlines My Workflow

Pros:

Listing Mirror has provided a lot of peace of mind. Being able to post listings across multiple platforms with a few clicks has made my job easier with little to no extra steps. They are trying to create one place for all our eCommerce needs. No need to go to multiple platforms. They've helped streamline our process. We've expanded what platforms we work on and using listing mirror has made that process a lot easier.

Cons:

I can't think of many things I dislike about it. They are quick to respond to tech queries if there are issues. So whatever issues I did have were quickly resolved.

One of the best value for Money + Quality Software for Multichannel eCommerce

Comments: It is really amazing software and reasonably priced. Best in class I guess.

Pros:

List Products super easy with one click on any channels Value for Money and probably least expensive software Easy to edit listings Easy bulk edit on the same page, no need to download excel files

Cons:

They need to improve in sales reports You can only fetch products from Amazon which you are selling on Amazon

Great Entrypoint software for Marketplace listings.

Pros:

Has a free trial period. Fairly easy to understand. Support was easy to reach.

Cons:

Does not integrate with Magento websites.

What we needed

Comments: We were not looking for the extra features listing mirror provides such as inventory management, keeping track of orders but I'm sure those features would be useful to others.

Pros:

This software allowed my team to transfer all of our listings from Amazon to both eBay and Walmart. This would have taken weeks to do manually.

Cons:

Edits/products added to listing mirror also have to be made in Amazon. Listing mirror pushes information to all other marketplaces except for Amazon, so whatever you edit in Listing mirror you also have to edit in Amazon.
