> **Pros**: What I like most about Connecteam is how the sections are all set out and then how they connect with each other as a whole. As I worked with a cleaning company and team, we needed to create jobs, add new team members and book cleanings on a regular basis, which all flowed easy. It was great that the team members could use the app to Check-in with their location (for their safety), complete Forms (plus add photos of work completed) and track their hours with the Timeclock (for keeping track of their weekly payments). If they struggled with something on the platform, we could assist them and sort it out while they continued with the work.

> **Cons**: I struggled at the beginning, when I was new to the platform and all its features, which is normal for a newbie. I honestly do not have anything that I do not like about Connecteam. It is a platform that flow well for me.
