Comments: The platform (shipping easy)is one of the best for all growing business,by saving money and time hence.It's highly organised and well functional.

Pros:

The platform has saved me a lot of money,by shipping hundreds of orders from my Shopify e-commerce store.

Cons:

Out of the experience of more than 2 years of using the platform to run my business I haven't seen any downside of this wonderful platform.

FREE Plan + Discounted USPS Rates!

Comments: I am a seller on a popular online marketplace that has recently increased their shipping rates for sellers. This led to a substantial profit decrease on lower-weight items shipped via USPS First-Class. The discounted rates on ShippingEasy beat the rates of the online marketplace. This has helped my business restore its profits on such items.

Pros:

The thing I absolutely like the most about ShippingEasy is that they offer a FREE plan with plenty of features - something that's hard to find elsewhere. The most useful feature included with all plans is the integration with an Amazon seller account. This allows me to print labels for orders received, view FBA inventory, and manage reviews. The free plan includes 50 shipments per month, integration with an unlimited number of stores/carts/marketplaces, and batch label printing.

Cons:

One feature that's lacking in the FREE plan is the ability to link carrier accounts other than USPS. It would be nice if I were able to link my FedEx account with ShippingEasy. This feature is included in the paid plans, however.

Charging me for my data

Comments: We use it daily but can't believe they want to charge us to access our data. Sleezy operation.

Pros:

Works well but doesn't offer images for thumbnails by default.

Cons:

Huge - They want to charge you for accessing your own data and exporting it. Is that illegal? It's under plan for "marketing" and they want to charge $14 a month. Huge red flag here.

Best Shipping Solution On The Market

Comments: It’s been absolutely fantastic. I am a customer for life and will gladly be a cheerleader for ShippingEasy.

Pros:

ShippingEasy is hands down the most convenient, intuitive, streamlined and professional shipping solution I have ever used. ShippingEasy flawlessly handles every aspect of our shipping logistics like a champion.

Cons:

In all honesty, the only thing I disliked was that I hadn’t discovered it sooner. I could have saved myself from all the headaches that shipping issues and inferior shipping platforms have caused.

Must have 4 shipping

Pros:

I like that it's easy to use has great features, gives u great prices 4 shipping ur packages. I love that it's free up 2 premium subscriptions n even the free is worth having. They have lowest prices, it's easy 3 track shipments. Great 4 inventory management, marketing 4 future uses, & let's me know the habits of my customers . Custom labels w options 2 fix or refund if error. Plus u can save addresses I love it it changes shipping

Cons:

None really so far it can crash some times n a few features could be updated but nothing major

Good for Intermediate Shippers

Pros:

Good for shippers with steady, establised shipping need. Integrations with marketplace and seller platforms is top notch. I found the ease of integration an the number of platforms available to be the best feature of this software.

Cons:

Pricing is a bit high for a small shipper. The monthly charge is the same as other shippers, which I still find to be too much.

Ecommerce and online purchasing gets easier with ShippingEasy

Online purchasing option is most useful and easy.

Cons:

None as such had very helpful experience using the application

Simple and easy shipping labels and shipping management

Comments: Our experience has been excellent. We create shipments and print labels when we need to, and there's no monthly fee to worry about when we aren't shipping anything.

Pros:

This was simple and easy to set up and use for a small business that doesn't have a need for a large and expensive shipping operation. We simply created our account and set up our payment method, then we create shipping labels for our shipments one at a time or in groups, and can compare prices for different carriers and shipping options.

Cons:

For our use there was no downside. We don't do a ton of shipping, just enough to need something convenient like ShippingEasy.

Comments: From start to finish, everything this program has to offer is easy to understand and put into action. For a small business like mine, it’s a true headache saver when it comes to order management and shipping.

Pros:

It’s truly all in the name!! Shipping Easy makes all aspects of shipping extremely easy! From website order integration, to order management, to package tracking, everything works seamlessly and simply.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing about this program I do. It like. When my business suffered an extreme slowdown, like most businesses the past couple of years, paying the monthly fee was an extra cost that Made me contemplate switching. But for the monthly cost, the program truly makes life so much easier and compact so you’re not going between twenty different programs to keep track of everything shipping.

Comments: Definitely the best shipping service software I have used thus far. I am definitely going to stick with this one unless something detrimental changes.

Pros:

I like how simplifies every aspect of all shipping and tracking of shipping including processing and keeping track of the inventory remaining as well as what needs to be ordered more frequently.

Cons:

There isn't anything I would change about the software at this point in time. Maybe a sale every now and then. Or a percentage off for loyal customers.

Excellent shipping platform offers outstanding integrations

Comments: We wanted a platform that manages all our shipping, orders, and refunds all at one platform. ShippingEasy offers great integration and pricing which is great.

Pros:

Very easy to use and manage all your shipping labels and orders. The great thing is you can filter orders by SKUs. You can manage all your orders from different platforms integrated with ShippingEasy and manage everything in one platform.

Cons:

There is nothing we have come across as a flaw but managing loss/stolen claims is a painful process specifically when trying to get support from the platform for third-party billers.

Been using this for many years

Comments: It took us 3 days to catch up from weekend orders with EarthDye and Harvest Moon hair dye, after installing shipping easy all orders go out the same day and weekend orders on Monday with several hours to spare, absolutely incredible, it has saved us tons of time and money and also they helped with postage. First-class all the way around the block and back.

Pros:

SUPPORT!! Although not needed very much because it is so easy to use, blew shipstaion out of the water. we gave shipstation a months trial and was super confusing. We have used this now for several years and the tech support is nothing short of fricken awesome. Fast and knowledgable. They are like one person answering your questions, nothing like I have ever seen in my lifetime. Lifetime customer.

Cons:

I have 0 cons. It's affordable, reliable and efficient.

Excellent Shipping App

Comments: For more than five years, ShippingEasy has provided me excellent service. Their customer service is always at reach through the chat feature inside the App, and they always respond immediately. So there is always help at hand. There has not been one time when they have not helped me when I have had the need. Help is always at the speed of light. The commercial rates provided through them are also great!

Pros:

As it names states, shipping is very easy with this App. I have been using it since 2014 in a BigCommerce Store with no issues, to ship domestically and internationally using mostly USPS, FedEx and APC. For a very reasonable monthly fee you can connect unlimited stores, so selling through multiple channels becomes a breeze. I have Amazon, eBay and the BigCommerce store all funneled through ShippingEasy and it makes shipping very trouble-free as it syncs everything.

Cons:

I could not find use for their inventory manage feature, but I can not say it is good or bad, it just did no service for the style of stores and sales I have.n

They take care of you!

Comments: In the two years we have been using ShippingEasy, every time we have a question or odd request, they have been impossibly helpful in getting the issue resolved with nearly no wait at all. The individuals I have contacted are all intimately familiar with not only the aspects of their own product, but have a keen understanding of all the carriers they support as well as the platform you may sell from. They know shipping inside and out.

Pros:

Everything I need done as far as shipping is concerned, they can handle without issue. The interface is straight-forward and easy to use, plus they work seamlessly with our store and postal carriers. I have never had a bug or issue with the software after over two years of use.

Cons:

It's hard to come up with something I like the least about this product. Before, we had been doing all of our shipping manually which took hours. Now we can practically automate the process and have easy access to a wealth of information we never had before. I should note that we only take advantage of the shipping aspects of the program and only use one store, so I can't speak on the inventory management or how well it handles multiple platforms.

Shipping easy increases efficiency and streamlines processes

Pros:

Utilizing Shipping Easy has greatly reduced our shipping time by linking our eCommerce accounts so we can see orders from multiple platforms, as well as linking all of our shopping carriers to one place so we can take an order, compare rates from the carriers, print the label, and have the software push tracking info to the marketplace. It has been a blessing and greatly impacted the speed with which we fulfill our orders.

Cons:

I would like to see some small changes to the reporting side, but overall it’s not a huge downfall

Comments: I adore shippingeasy.

Pros:

Shippingeasy's customer service is outstanding. They are always doing what they can to help even if it is not them. Example my label printer broke, I couldnt get a hold of the label printer cpmpany I mentioned this to Shippingeasy and THEY troubleshoot it for me and got it working. They are extremely quick and really have helped my business to grow by implementing things to mainline my orders. I adore shippingeasy

Cons:

I cant think of anything rt now. The only thing missing is the ability to buy shipping supplies through them and also maybe pictures of the sold items would be nice. I have seen that with other software. But it's not that big of a deal.

An aptly named product

Comments: We don't ship very regularly, but like to have an easy system available to use when things come up. We just completed a Kickstarter project and needed to do bulk shipping for the first time in a while. Standing in line at the post office wasn't going to be a reasonable option. ShippingEasy was easy to learn and helped us get everything out quickly and easily.

Pros:

Shipping Easy is easy to use, very flexible, and gives me options I never even knew to ask for. And all of that at an affordable price. In fact, free if you only ship a few items a month.

Cons:

Although I haven't tried out all of the integrations they offer, I was happy to see they have them. We will soon be integrating this with our new SquareSpace site. Unfortunately, a site they do not have an integration for is Kickstarter. I won't say that was a huge problem though. Kickstarter allowed us to export all of our orders as a CSV file and ShippingEasy was able to read it in. Mapping of fields to what ShippingEasy needed was fairly trivial, so while not quite as convenient as having them fully integrated, and Kickstarter being notified of which backers had items shipped, that's hardly a showstopper.

Pros:

I love that shipping easy is so easy lol. The website is so helpful and explains everything perfectly. If you have to call customer service, everyone (in today's case - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!) is so nice and walks you through your questions. I had to do a label to an APO address, something I have never done. The website explained how to set up the address. When I had a question about the customs form, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] patiently and kindly helped and even waited to make sure my label was printed properly. Your customer service is top-notch and a big thank you to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] today!
