As a Sales person, we work with lots of documents on a daily basis, documents that need to be signed and DocuSign has made this easier and possible. Most of our clients are all over the world and we only meet virtually, and that’s where DocuSign has provided the most value for me and my team, signing and managing documents and contracts. Docusign is a household name in the business ecosystem just as much as it is in nearly every home. We had tried using other cut rate products but the issue we alway ran into ease of use and the name. Everybody would call it “Docusign” no matter which platform we used and that’s what they would search their inboxes for. We found that while formflow and adobe both have their corners of the market, for us Docusign was the easiest decision. > > **Cons**: The reminder feature sets automatically which can be a great thing as well as a bad thing.
