Quantifying health impacts

Comments: I do like this system overall. It’s a pleasure to use.

Pros:

SNF Metrics is very easy to use. Coming from someone who used this type of tool on paper to utilizing this tool simplifies the process dramatically. Its faster, easier and not a problem to use.

Cons:

The only con i have is when I’m in attachments and opening an attachment, the window that opens is in the same window i am in. So if i close the window I close out the program and not just the attachment. I have to remember to use the back button to get back to the report, which is not typical of opening windows or hyperlinks.

Comments: Overall, SNF Metrics allows our productivity to be at maximum capacity due to the ease and function of the reports and allows our processes to be streamlined.

Pros:

I like that we can create customizable reports. It is very user friendly and easy on the eyes visually.

Cons:

I dislike that many times it takes substantial amount of time for reports to load. I also don't like that when I input info it doesn't pull right away on the reports I run.

Comments: The more you use SNF Metrics, the easier it is to use.

Pros:

It is easy to input information and it is in a format that is also easily interpreted and understood.

Cons:

Root Cause Analysis training is something that users could benefit from, in order to properly complete an analysis.

Comments: So far I feel on the fence about the program. There should be a way to trigger the person initiating the incident report to complete it. No only leave it up to the DON

Pros:

It gives multiple areas that different nurses can chart. As well as attaching documents.

Cons:

There are to many options to choose from. It should change based on the reason for the incident.

Comments: I initially had a difficult time but with time and continued use, I really enjoy using. When system being upgraded or unavailable for a limited time, I certainly miss it in my workday.

Pros:

I like how it keeps authorizations, files and information for entire team to refer to as needed.

Cons:

Would like to have additional authorizations to be uploaded and followed such as if someone has insurance and auto authorization at same time.

The logging time is sensitive. It logs you out after a few minutes of not using it.

I have used SNF Metrics both as a Nursing Home Administrator and now a Clinical Compliance Officer. It is very user friendly and really helps me track the compliance of the facilities I am responsible for

Cons:

I honestly don't find any cons with SNF Metrics in my limited use

Comments: I really enjoy using it daily and it does exactly what we need it to do.

Pros:

I really like how intuitive the features are. Everything is easy to use. My favorite feature is the task management. I love that I can put my tasks in there and not have to remember anything because I know if it's in SNF I can trust that the task will come up and remind me on the date I set it for.

Cons:

Sometimes the system goes down and doesn't work all day. But that has only happened once since I began working here in February 2024.
