It is doing a good job for some non-profits who need accurate addressing for postal.

Comments: The team have been super helpful with support for getting this working with CiviCRM

Pros:

NZ product :-) We signed up when they were only doing NZ, which was all we needed then. Since then they have added a bucket load of new features which means we can also use this for US-based clients using CiviCRM

Cons:

We had to build the integration for this to work with CiviCRM but that is not a complaint - just a fact of life.

Excellent component that works well.

Comments: We use Address Finder in a number of custom applications. We have never had an issue or complaint from a customer.

My developer tried to install the international addressfinder in my magento store, he couldn`t get it to work and addressfinder told him they can`t help. What sort of company has zero support for their product. addressfinder thats who.

Great product

Pros:

AddressFinder was quick and easy to set up and does a great job at verifying addresses world wide on our checkout

Cons:

The error message that came up, turns out we were on the wrong plan.

great documentation, very helpful and responsive customer support. The integration also works with many different platforms. I am happy that they have developed a gravity forms integration option.

Cons:

I think the low end tier pricing could be better if it allowed a higher rate of looks up included in it.

Industry Leading Addressing service

Pros:

Highly accurate and always current data, packaged in a solution that is easy to consume. Excellent leadership and customer service with AF and never had an issue with the reliability and availability of our integrations.

Cons:

There is nothing that comes to mind, the software and service is excellent.

Good product - saves time and increases conversions

Highly integrated, responsive and accurate Australian address validation functionality

Comments: New clients are onboarded faster using AddressFinder. As for existing clients, it is also easier to make changes to their addresses. Invoicing was also made easier as clients' addresses were always accurate and valid. Less time/effort/resources are spent fixing records that had been rejected by federal government systems due to incomplete/invalid addresses. As a result, the ROI was very high and all costs paid are recouped within a few months.

Pros:

The integration with our organisation's Dynamics 365 platform was easy to achieve and the support provided was excellent as well as efficient and responsive. Once implemented, accessing addresses was fast and easy for users to learn to access. This provide various internal functions (eg, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience Team, etc) with the knowledge that clients addresses were accurate at all times. Lastly, it also ensured that time/resources were not wasted when uploading records to a federal government's systems (ie, to fix records that had been rejected on the basis that addresses were incomplete/inaccurate/etc).

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that I don't like about this software.

Easy to use with quality results. Great customer support whenever we've used it. Flexible plans that can scale up and down as needed.

Perfect Solution for quickly adding a clients address details to any online form.

Comments: Filling in Quotes can be tiresome for clients and even lead to a strong bounce rate from the online Quote forms. Having address details auto fill data from a few keystrokes and easy selection of client address from pull down menu addresses one of the main concerns for clients. 1. Client Effort is minimised. Furthermore, - No spelling mistakes and need for self correction when filling in address
- Addresses will be more accurate This is a great implementation for any Online Form that requires an address from a client or user.

Pros:

Easy to implement, support service was free and friendly the whole way through making it a stress free implementation.

Cons:

Would likely rely on customer service per installation as i perform the task infrequently across a number of websites. However the support is so fast and helpful its really better than even doing it all on my own anyway.

Awesome System - Awesome Support

Comments: The support has been excellent, the team responded quickly to my query, and even within a day had deployed a minor bug fix to there system, which I found incredibly fortunate for.

Pros:

I loved the ease of implementation, including the documentation and available software, particularly with WooCommerce. We faced daily errors with Australia Post address errors via the API, delivery errors and incomplete addresses. I researched and found AddressFinder and tested and then implemented to production and we have seen a major reduction in these address problems, which is fantastic for our business, and work flow. We are a small growing business, and this solution fits for purpose for us, and my customers.

Cons:

Not much! It is pretty good out of the box.

Pros:

The geolocation works really well with Australian addresses! I had used google places api before and it wasn't picking up unit numbers of some addresses which made it kind of unusable. The best part was the support! Matt was fantastic, and helped me implement address finder into my website!

Cons:

It is more expensive then other options (Google Places), but probably worth it due to its accuracy. It still has WIP integrations with popular form software, which means I need help getting it set up as a non-technical user (gravity forms in this case).

Easy to use

Pros:

Anything that makes completing an on-line form easier has got to be good! Many of our long-term customers have commented that it's so much easier since we implemented Address Finder on our new website.

Cons:

I haven't had any issues to date.

Integration with our application

Pros:

Software was easy to integrate and get something running easily. Good structured addresses that we could use, including the unique identifiers

Not being able to find all addresses and some addresses not having GNAF ids

Best Set Up Support Ever

Comments: Worked with MANY software providers over the years, never with one that was so focussed on fixing set up issues.

Pros:

Support at set up was amazing even with our challenging integration requirements. No problem was too much until it worked 100%. Then they checked in after a week to confirm it was all still good.

Cons:

Had a few addresses that didn't match - new estates - but dont think that is their fault....

Easy and Reliable

Comments: Simple, straight forward.
