An infinitely scaleable, low code platform without the typical restraints

5.0 last year

Comments: Tangle has saved us hundreds of developer hours by effortlessly handling so much that comes with building an application. It seamlessly offers security, hosting, database design deployments and many more straight out of the box. Our only job is to actually develop our business logic and not worry about infrastructure. Its impact on our business has been immeasurable.

Pros:

As a developer running a development team all using Tangle I enjoy the fact we have complete access to the underlying Tangle features. All other low code platforms i have looked at are very restrictive as soon as you try to do something outside of their normal. With Tangle we can either create our own functions/workflows or lean on their support team to integrate the features into the core build. In 2 years of constant development in Tangle i have never found anything that cannot be done.

Cons:

The thing i like least about Tangle is their dependancy on certain Google services. Most work perfectly but Google have made some changes to their services which effect the way Tangle runs. This is reliance is changing and alternatives are now available.

Tangle as a Development Partner

4.0 last year

Comments: We were seeking a solution for Bulk Stock management which would :- *meet our specific requirements (100%) * integrate with existing process management system (for filling) * become a core component of our ERP environment by integrating with industry standard solutions such as Xero and Zoho CRM

Pros:

Tangle provided us with the necessary tools to easily develop a bespoke Bulk Stock management system in a short space of time. Additionally, it is very flexible and cost effective

Cons:

Initially I did not find it intuitive to develop new functionality in Tangle and relied on Tangle developers to do this. This area has been addressed over the period of time we have been using it and Tangle now provides considerable support tools to facilitate and guide development.

Tangle for NHS and Global Asset Management

5.0 last year

Comments: Tangle is an extremely flexible technology that provides our large enterprise customers, such as UK NHS, with a 100x cost/value advantage over other Salesforce Integration-as-a-Service platforms.

Pros:

At Being Guided we selected Tangle for enterprise-scale integration as a Frontend-as-a-Service to bring together Salesforce and other enterprise apps for UK National Health Service (NHS) and Haydock, a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, New York.

Cons:

There are no downsides we found with Tangle.

Tangle experience

5.0 last year

Comments: “ We had a need to exit an unsuitable ERP system that was forcing us to change our way of doing business to fit the ERP. The team at Tangle enabled us to quickly and easily customize a system to fit our needs and do what an ERP system is supposed to do – help us grow and focus on our business. So in essence we used Tangle to untangle ourselves!”

Pros:

Customization to the needs of the business, quickly and efficiently. Great support and onboarding process. The team are great to work with and efficient. When we find an issue its resolved with 24 hours, normally the same day. No need to submit a ticket and wait three months for the next system update!

Cons:

Transfering legacy information from old ERP systems is painful, but at least it was possible with Tangle, unlike other systems.

Custom, yet built FAST

5.0 last year

Comments: Overall, we're quite pleased with the software, how it works on a day-to-day basis and all the development that's literally happening everyday to help us deal with all aspects of our business. It's also been so exciting because they're constantly adding new features. I can't wait to fully integrate ChatGPT-assisted scheduling.

Pros:

It's been great working with the team at Tangle because they're so responsive to questions/issues. They are also so eager to see the customer's problems resolved so they help us quickly build solutions with ease. It's been hard finding software that truly meet the needs of Job Shops. Most of the options on the market that I've tried out are too set in their ways to meet our specific needs. Tangle is able to bend every which way and that has truly been the best aspect of working with this software - the potential to create virtually everything we need.

Cons:

As with any newer software, there are bugs we come across along the way. But the team at Tangle has been very responsive and eager to fix anything we come across without it impacting our operations.

The simplest solution is usually the best...

5.0 last year

Comments: Many times quicker than resourcing up ourselves, no loss in ownership, much cheaper than the alternatives

Pros:

Plug and play aspects, very simply explained (important as I'm a founder and not an engineer). Collaboration is really easy within the shared space set up for us, we'll be able to integrate new third-party products as needed when we grow.

Cons:

Nothing yet - everything is online and very efficient.
